On January 12, 2023, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Prosecutor Robert Hur as "Special Counsel", and to form a team of investigators. Hur was ordered to take the baton from Federal Prosecutor John Lausch in his criminal investigation of President Joe Biden, because Lausch apparently found potential crimes larger than his office could handle.

WASHINGTON — Newly appointed special counsel Robert Hur is an “establishment Republican” who will lead a Justice Department inquiry into President Biden’s handling of classified documents after the revelation that Biden stored records next to his Corvette at his Delaware home’s garage — presenting a potentially long-running headache for the White House.

It’s illegal to mishandle classified information and the revelation that Biden stashed sensitive records at his Wilmington home follows the public disclosure Monday that 10 documents, some labeled “top secret,” were found at a Washington office space the 80-year-old used after his vice presidency.

Hur, 49, was nominated to be US attorney for Maryland in November 2017 by former President Donald Trump. He was unanimously confirmed by the Senate the following March and took office on April 9, 2018.

TODAY, House Judiciary Chairman, Congressman JIM JORDAN (R-OH) is seeking information about the STATUS of Special Counsel Hur's investigation of President Biden, and information about what Attorney General Merrick Garland is intentionally keeping hidden from the public about the "SCOPE" of Hur's criminal investigation of President Joe Biden.

Congressman Jordan wants answers and an update:

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked the Department of Justice on Tuesday to provide an unredacted copy of the memorandum detailing the scope of special counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents.

Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, asked Attorney General Merrick Garland for the memo in a letter obtained by Breitbart News, adding that he was also seeking “any other document describing, listing, or delineating the authority and jurisdiction of the special counsel.”

Jordan asked that Garland provide both memoranda by June 20.

As you might recall from the Mueller S.C. "Get Trump!" appointment, the "Scope" document is far more descriptive than the general "Appointment" letter posted online. It describes what the alleged criminal did and how far the Special Counsel can go in proving guilt.

To take-down new U.S. President Donald Trump, Acting A.G. Rod Rosenstein told Bob Mueller to spend millions and to hire 15 hatchet-men. All that was in the "Scope" letter..which is the letter Chairman Jordan wants...not only regarding the HUR appointment, but for the Jack Smith appointment as well. (Smith was appointed by Garland in 2022 to try once again to take down Donald Trump..this time Former President Donald Trump.)

I will hope that they get rid of Biden ASAP. The damage that birdbrain is causing may be permanent. I don't hold too much hope though as Kamala Harris will just be Biden 2.0 without the constant staggering and falling but with the same mental acumen.


It is amazing to watch the DNC circle the wagon on these issues. Amazing and devastating. Anyway, not sure if this is good news or not. If the guy is a RINO, then it won't matter.

Most of the talking heads on MSNBC are upset with AG Merrick Garland for not taking out Biden's enemies, while at the same time placing his boss (Joe Biden) under criminal investigation.

Hur is just another tool of the Marxists. These people have defied congress repeatedly, and nothing has happened to them. Why should they be worried about what Jim Jordan wants now? Not trying to be negative, just realistic. Until there is accountability, nothing is going to change.

All these republican special committees are a waste of taxpayer dollars unless action is taken. Talk isn't cheap, it's worthless in this case.

HOUSE GOP (Intel/Oversight/Judiciary) are ensuring that the DOJ/Special Counsel HUR, preserve all files and records, since they seem to be slow walking all Biden-related investigations. If Americans give the White House back to Republicans in November 2024, these investigations will be kicked into high gear, with appropriate indictments being issued quickly.

The special counsel investigating the classified documents kept by President Joe Biden could face pressure to act after last week’s indictment of former President Donald Trump, according to a government watchdog group.

Robert Hur, a former Trump-appointed U.S. attorney in Maryland, was appointed special counsel by Attorney General Merrick Garland in January amid revelations that Biden had stored classified information from his time as vice president and in the Senate at his private homes and offices.

“There will be pressure on the special counsel Hur to resolve what is going on with Biden’s documents, even if it’s to say Biden cooperated with the investigation, which would be tongue-in-cheek considering how information about the [president’s] possession of documents came out in dribs and drabs,” Paul Kamenar, counsel for the National Legal and Policy Center, a conservative government watchdog group, told The Daily Signal.

Because the original investigator (John Lausch) became overwhelmed with what he was finding, and Robert Hur was ordered to assemble a team to pick up where Lausch left off, it's safe to assume that Joe Biden was using these documents for something illegal.

No news organizations, not even conservative pundits, are willing to entertain this possibility yet. But they will soon, as more info about the Biden Crime Family comes to light.

He did just need to say he was not aware they were in his possession. Careless? Yes. But without intent nothing illegal was done.

so it was careless of slo joe to walkout of classified briefings while a senator carrying classified documents and forgot to turn around and turn them back over. or when found them later. decided to store them in the garage next to the vette in the house that hunter was staying in.

to me that says intent, deception, corruption, and being a traitor.

trump admitted to having the documents, believed he declassified them, wanted to hang on to them. it was no different really than nixon who's case/ predicament wasn't settled till what 15 years after his death where appeals court ruled that he shouldn't have been forced to hand them over. the federal government wound up paying his estate 18 million dollars because of the forced turning over of the papers.

there was known criminal acts committed by nixon and crew, a law passed to take certain material from former presidents, civil law suits brought because of nixon. but never has there been a attack of a potential presidential candidate and former president whose whole time in the presidential process from announcing in 2016 until now has there been a weaponized DOJ criminal case brought against a former president or candidate until now.

Please ask another person that you know has a security clearance the following scenario:


You have a TS document on your desk. If you get up for a potty break, you have to lock the document up. Say an urge hits, and you get up and run, leaving it on your desk. The security officer strolls by and notices your document out in the open, unattended. Guess what. You are getting an unpaid vacation first time. Second time, you lose your clearance which most often means your job and career.
