I suspect they, the religious extremists, or zealots, could be part of the NASA Harassment crowd.

By now, the general religious world are coming around and smelling the UFO/Aliens coffee, with stories such as…..

For Pope Francis, It’s About More than Martians

And…..

Vatican scientist says belief in God and aliens is OK

Etc…

Catholics don't follow , nor have followed, the false popes, since about 1958.

Hi,

Just a comment about Scott Kelly's dialogue - it's what we call 'stilted' or 'expository' dialogue - he is spoon feeding pre-prepared lines written for him, basically laying out the encyclopedia of facts surrounding his brother & his supposed authority, before relating the anecdote he wants to put across. It's recognised as poor writing style when constructing a screenplay, and it is extremely obvious that it is unnatural speech which nobody would use in a truly spontaneous, off-the-cuff manner. Observe:

My brother, Mark Kelly, a former NASA astronaut and also now a U.S. Senator, I was with him for dinner last night and he shared a story with me again that he had shared years ago, but I had kind of forgotten about it and I think it's worth sharing.

And that is when he was the commander of SDS-124, I think it was in 2008

He's talking as though he were an animated Wikipedia entry. It's not believable in a screenplay to have a character talk like this. The audience would roll their eyes in derision if this was in the dialogue for a movie! So why should we accept such BS when it is plainly pre-prepared, rehearsed, nonsense..?

If real disclosure were to occur, people would off themselves!

Just the stupid people and diehard religious sorts that could not get the concept around their melons because it would offend their sensibilities.

The rest of the human race would just get on with the day without even really batting an eyebrow.

Dialogue from the NASA meeting spokesman intro person at the podium…..

Indeed the primary objective of this incredible team of experts is not to go back and look at grainy footage of UAPs, but rather to give us a roadmap to guide us for future analysis and this is the very scientific method that NASA holds true to its heart.

So much for looking at cases from the past…..even if there may have been “data”.

Imo….they want to start at a square one.

How unfortunate.

👽

Yes, but their scientific analytical techniques seem sound and cover a lot of ground, to me anyway. Who knows, maybe from these combined analysis they can explain past cases as well.

Statement of Task

1. What types of scientific data currently collected and archived by NASA or other civilian government entities
should be synthesized and analyzed to potentially shed light on the nature and origins of Unidentified Aerial
Phenomena (UAP)?
2. What types of scientific data currently collected and held by non-profits and companies should be synthesized
and analyzed to potentially shed light on the nature and origins of UAP?
3. What other types of scientific data should be collected by NASA to enhance the potential for developing an
understanding of the nature and origins of UAP?
4. Which scientific analysis techniques currently in production could be employed to assess the nature and origins
of UAP? Which types of analysis techniques should be developed?
5. In considering the factors above, what basic physical constraints can be placed on the nature and origins of
UAP?
6. What civilian airspace data related to UAPs have been collected by government agencies and are available for
analysis to a) inform efforts to better understand the nature and origins of UAPs, and b) determine the risk of
UAPs to the National Air Space (NAS)?
7. What current reporting protocols and air traffic management (ATM) data acquisition systems can be modified to
acquire additional data on past and future UAPs?
8. What potential enhancements to future ATM development efforts can be recommended to acquire data
concerning future reported UAPs to assist in the effort to better understand the nature and origin of the UAPs?

Naw mate, it would change things, but it would not affect people's daily lives any more than it already does without us knowing definitely one way or the other.

To think we are alone in this universe is sheer arrogance given the size of the place and the grand scheme of it all.

Now whether or not aliens are, or have been interacting with Earth now or in the past, remains to be established, but their existence is pretty much assured as our own.

As to offending my sensibilities, i'm thick-skinned, the sun is out buddy, and ive got a cold beer at hand, im not really caring one way or the other to be honest.

End of the day we may well be special little creatures combatmaster, but the fact of the matter is that we are probably not that special, the only ones, nor likely to be anytime soon disclosure or otherwise.

I agree….

To me though….Scott “Shultz” stories seem scripted to dissuade and distract and deceive.

Notice his Bart Simpson Balloon tale……….I’ve never read that or ever heard that. It sounded like a rip off of the Batman balloon story….etc.

The illusion of the ISS seen in the bay of shuttle 80 miles away to prove optical illusion seems made up. That’s another tale I’ve never read or heard about.

If these are new revelations now….why not were they ever mentioned by him earlier in his career?

Something is just phony… imo….about what he had to say.

His other dialogue about the company mantra Hear nothing, See nothing, Say nothing sounded scripted as well.

I think he’ll be a cog in the wheel of NASA work…

Catholics, from my experience in the late '50 and '60s did not think for themselves and never questioned their Priest nor the Bible's interpretations.

The truth is too much to handle for most people!
Said by someone who doesn’t know it. How can you know that an unknown cannot be handled by those you don’t even know?

The behavior of those in the know or able to handle is self evident to the point of being persecuted since time immemorial.

That is how i can know.

As for your assumption that I do not know.... well, that is your choice to believe in a baseless assumption... I prefer to follow empirical data.
So an admission you are guessing. It’s ok to admit you like all of us do not hold the truth. Or you can think you are all our better, but simply choose to hold yourself above the rest to inflate your ego. Either way we both know you a bit better now.

Lol

I dont know better. I simply dont continue to inflate my mind with confusing untruths, when enough empirical data is made available to achieve some sort of unifying consensus.

I dont count myself as above average intelligence, there are very smart people out there, i just dont believe in BS either!

Furthermore, I understand that due to the extreme cognitive dissonance involved with such fundamental topics, it is not something that can be presented on these boards..... post/replies just cant be packaged efficiently and accurately enough to encompass that actual issue without veering off topic to the point of total communication breakdown. This is the problem.
So on here i prefer to just agree to disagree. Im not the one with any unanswered questions in regards to this entire phenomena.

Buddy we live with the constant threat of annihilation over our heads every day of the week.

If we can deal with that sort of panic and social stigma above our heads we can deal with the fact that aliens may exist.

Im not suggesting confirmation of the ideology would not bring about change.

But that's always in the post, and what we do best is to adapt and overcome obstacles of both the mental and physical sorts.

I canny see why it would be such a big thing in this day of age considering its been estimated the likes of 65% of Americans believe in aliens.

Your premature assumptions have reduced it to a few aliens in a spacecraft. IF that was the case then, yes, you are right, life goes on.

The reality is a tad more 'matrix' like, with far reaching implications for every walk of life.

As for living with the constant threat of annihilation every day.... ive served in the military, been to war.... I know what that actually feels like! Living in a civilized society and saying this sounds foolish!

That sounds like an assumption.

As to life well that always goes on, or has done for quite the while now.

The reality is a tad more 'matrix' like, with far reaching implications for every walk of life.

Then i imagine you will be able to list them outlining the implications and the effects they will have where humanity is concerned.

How would confirmation of the existence of alien life make the sky fall?

You live in a M.A.D world combatmaster civilised or otherwise same as myself.

And the fact is people do not need to go to war to understand what the constant threat of annihilation over their heads feels like as sad as the case may be.

Cheers for your service all the same.

How would confirmation of the existence of alien life make the sky fall?

Easier with an analogy:

International powers have decided to contact The Sentinelese tribe and bring civilization to them as they are on the verge of self annihilation. They now have confirmation that they are in fact a secluded tribe on a planet filled with advanced human civilization with advanced tech that they basically view as magic. The tribe elders realize this is the end of 'their way of life'.
But, it also becomes apparent by way of implication, that throughout their short history as a tribe, they have been constantly monitored by a team of scientists living in a bunker deep beneath the island, and even manipulated psychologically, biologically, ecologically etc. in almost every walk of life by the outside human civ.

So now, we are the Sentinelese tribe, grey saucer aliens are basically the scientists living in a bunker deep beneath the island, and the humans (civilization) in the story are those multitude of various life forms that are not native to our physical denstiy. Every single ancient civilization was interacting with, knew names, and almost always ended up worshiping some or most of them (bad choice).

Yes, those in base reality have access to our emotions, thought, appetite etc. Mostly how we eat, feel, think and act is more us being manipulated than doing what we as humans were designed to. There in lies a lesson... war is made by human discipline of action, meditation/peace is through discipline of inaction. Therein lies the hint.
The connotation the word 'spiritual' has is a destructive one. So sorry about the long analogy. But aliens are aliens, whether greys or angels, they still fall under that definition.

I pondered whether to write this... if you feel the need to make a snarky joke then just dont. I dont expect you to believe this, in fact, it would be insane on your part to believe this without the entire corpus of evidence. Just understand that this is the closest so far that can be established in regards to what the empirical evidence point to. Im just telling cos u asked!

To me the disclosure means NASA releases to public row video material. I am not asking to release it all, small drops but genuine footage. It is an entertainment at the same time. Since no threats to the wellbeing of the planet were concluded, lets see the videos. We will have fun times and ask you no questions.

Interesting…

Dialogue from Kirkpatrick’s answer to a NASA panelists question..

Panelist: For people who don't know what are the Five Eyes….

Kirkpatrick: Oh, I'm sorry. For those of you that aren't familiar with the Five Eyes, those are the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, those are the five partners.

Panelist: Terrific. Okay.

So there will be an exchange of information and data between the international countries and ARRO.

International cooperation…….that can’t be bad.

This is starting to play out like a Sci-Fi flick…🍿🍺

We’re making the leap from Fantasy to Fact…in this current generation.

Perhaps NASA should re-review all of its STS missions….hmmmm
