IMO it’s all to short the stock price- think of the film “the producers” just another way of gaming the stock market. Kind of like the antithesis of what happened with gamestop stock

They. Made. This. 2. Years. Ago.

People are only mad about it now because some whackadoodle on YouTube told them to be mad. 🐑

Interesting how your anger is the only justified?
Or perhaps not?

Not sure
I guess you just use punctuation oddly?

It would be nice to know who will be profiting on its short sale. Short selling involves borrowing a security whose price you think is going to fall from your brokerage and selling it on the open market. Your plan is to then buy the same stock back later, hopefully for a lower price than you initially sold it for, and pocket the difference after repaying the initial loan.
Sneaky sneaky sneaky

Buy long term puts on banks. They are not the top rung.

Well
AB stock went from an all time high to an 11ish% loss over this.
Perhaps they shouldn’t hire advertising people who crap on their customers?

It appears Lord was stressing the point that was made at the beginning of this thread. This vehicle and that ad for it were made over 2 years ago in response to a social media ad. Mainly focused on a few events at tracks in Europe. Now suddenly there is outrage because a guy told you to be outraged. It seems as if no one here knew it existed. So no one was forcing anyone to do anything if it didn't even hit your radar in all this time. It didn't make a blip in stock or to the company in all this time.

Couldn’t agree more, I’m still wondering how marketing campaigns today look an awful lot like brainwashing tactics from the 50’s. (Off topic maybe, maybe something worth a new thread)

Well considering no one here knew this ad even existed for years, it appears the "brain washing tactics" failed miserably.

One could also say that the brainwashing went according to plan in that regard 😁

Thanks for the English to English translation.
Nothing on the odd use of punctuation?
Perhaps we should notify someone?

People aren’t allowed to have an opinion these days, or at least on certain topics.
It’s funny to see people who claim to be Americans attempting that bull crap.
Especially ones that profess specific beliefs.

I’ve recently reread 1984, and I I know it’s been said to death but I can’t help but notice a direct correlation to how certain things and topics are treated today. I remember when “question everything” was just part of the scientific method.
