This report concludes Durham's tenure as special counsel. His grand jury expired months ago with only three indictments made. None of them resulted in convictions. As he states in his report he was unable to tie any one to criminal wrongdoing.

Was this the Southern District of New York or Washington DC jurisdiction? Those parts do have a thing for Biden.

The DOJ and the FBI had nothing to do with the prosecution of these indictees. The special counsel gets the indictment and the special counsel handles the prosecution.

The most Congress can do is recommend that the DOJ press criminal charges. Considering the special counsel has already declined to press criminal charges, the DOJ would probably ignore such a recommendation.

What exactly do you think Durham can do when he has stated in his report that he didn't turn up any evidence of criminal activity and he doesn't have a grand jury that can issue indictments?

I sure hope they stop investigating his current business that Tony Bobulinsky helped tie directly to Joe Biden. All that cash, all those LLC's, all those family members collecting cash, and the missing link has already been given. Should be an interesting election cycle.
