At least eight Trump electors have accepted immunity in Georgia investigation

Nice to know how the democrats keep funneling money to buy witnesses, woo hoo.

This time Trump is going to jail for good.

None of that makes any sense, and I’ve worked on a Presidential campaign.

Regardless of how many people gather together and declare themselves electors, Congress would have to ratify the elector slate during the relevant joint session.

Very few crimes involve strict liability (for example statutory rape is a strict liability crime).

But unless the DA is alleging a strict liability crime, the ability, ie the means, of the defendant to actually carry out the alleged criminal act is generally a required element to prove anything intentional, knowing, willful, and/or fraudulent.

Did these Georgians actually have the means to carry out whatever it is alleged that they attempted or did?
