I think you have an unspoken agenda here.
seriously, that's a thing used in a court of law? Did they use telepathy?
And if it is can it be used on an entire government?
Tarrio wasn’t in Washington on Jan. 6, because he had been arrested two days earlier in a separate case and ordered out of the capital city. But prosecutors said he organized and directed the attack by Proud Boys who stormed the Capitol that day.

Tried by a criminal court. Oh, the irony of it all.
Only the wrath of God will save this nation now.

What did he do besides protest on his own property? Or plan it?

The double standards and unequal application of law has gone beyond a joke in the USA.
I seem to recall an entire year of violently organised riots and taking over parts of a city in a direct violent uprising against the Govt - by Antifa and BLM. Why are their leaders and organisers not in jail?
The FBI logged more than 13,600 arrests coming out of the Summer 2020 riots.

As a general rule, prosecution of sedition is a Federal prerogative, assumed to supersede the interests of individual states. That's probably why AG Barr, and Deputy AG Rosen in September of 2020 advocated that US Attorneys strongly consider bringing charges of sedition and seditious conspiracy against some of the rioters when the US Attorneys thought it was appropriate:

Apparently, none of the US Attorneys thought the facts on the ground would support conviction.

Wait, I thought Trump was behind Jan. 6. Turns out it was some guy I never heard of? Who knew? At least he was "social distancing" and working remotely to stop the spread of Covid.
Lesson to be learned, here: Don't be proud of your military service, don't keep your oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Don't join the military. Let those 81 million Biden supporters go fight and die for the Ukrainian money laundering operation.

This conviction is but the beginning.
Now they have a precedent to point to.
I gotta ask... why did the FBI need to get involved with the proud boys?
Is the mainstream TV oriented media still even relevant and have sway on public opinion in the age of the internet?
Why are the feds putting huge amounts of resources into finding the pipe bomber(s) still, if it was an inside job by the feds, wouldn't they have swept it under the rug by now?
Why are people so hell bent on defending the proud boys?
