"Oath Keeper sentenced to 3 years in prison for sedition in U.S. Capitol attack"

"U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta said that David Moerschel transporting weapons, including a semiautomatic AR-15 rifle, to the Washington area ahead of Jan. 6 brought 'its own degree of danger' because of his political motivations."

The Marxist sympathizers are celebrating the false accusations and false charges, and illegitimate sentencings that happened because people dared questioned the hoaxed election now.. More clown world with extra cowbell.

Most cheer the Revolution until it’s their turn in the dock.

Ask Robespierre, Trotsky and the Gang of Four in China.

They giggle and snicker and dance with joy, when it’s “their people” that are burning cities, beating people with sticks and bricks, cornering people on trains and shoving people in front of trains.
But they cry big baby tears when somebody says something that doesn’t praise them, and call it genocide.
This will happen when you get stuck at a mental age of 6.

This is completely spot on!

The verdict comes after a trial that took more than twice as long as originally expected, slowed by bickering, mistrial motions and revelations of government informants in the group. Securing the conviction of Tarrio, a high-profile leader who wasn’t at the riot itself, could embolden the Justice Department as a special counsel investigates Trump, including key aspects of the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Tarrio wasn’t in Washington on Jan. 6, because he had been arrested two days earlier in a separate case and ordered out of the capital city. But prosecutors said he organized and directed the attack by Proud Boys who stormed the Capitol that day.

The judge told jurors to keep deliberating on a few remaining counts where they haven’t reached agreement.

Just a few snippets for the critical thinkers lurking.

Yall are smart enough to do the math.

I'm a critical thinker and can do math. What the hell are you talking about?

Oh boy, the Proud Boy leader didn't make it to the sedition riot because of a gun charge the day before. Evidently the government was able to show that he was still involved in planning.

Ooh, the trial took longer because of in-court bickering, mistrial motions and revelations that a witness for the defense has been a fed informer. As for the first two items, those aren't particularly rare circumstances. As for the defense using as a witness a government informer, that would be the defense's problem, but the feds did tell the defense that the witness had been an informer. Also the defendant had been an informer, so the judge cut his sentence on account of that. Perhaps you should try doing the math.

Guess these right-wing tough guys are sometimes gub'mint snitches. Who knew?

So they finally nailed the white nazi's! I suppose the real message here is - Don't fight against our version of the Brown Shirts or you will pay!

This is the kind of thing that really has me worried. They are not jailing people for what they did, they are jailing them for what they think, whether they actually think it or not. The DNC has to be stopped. I am not sure how. In some sense I think it will crush itself in the weight of its own lies...but how many of us will also be crushed while that is happening??? Sad times. Sad times.

Love, peace, and harmony, all very nice, but maybe in the next world.

Where does it say he was convicted of thought crimes? As he was a leader of the Proud Boy and evidently only wasn't at the seditious riot on account of a gun charge, maybe, just maybe he had been involved in planning this mayhem, hence the charge of conspiracy.
