Since the Trump administration, including the FBI and DOJ, refused to comply with subpoenas when the Democrats controlled the House, I don't know why you expect the Biden administration to comply with the Republican House's subpoenas. Your guys created the precedent. Deal with it. I don't much like it either, but the Republicans started this refusing to go before Congress.

Congress should not limit its threats to forcing the release of just one document. Whistleblowers are coming forth with information on several documents and bank accounts.

Committee Chairman James Comer is now saying JOE BIDEN has become the primary target of their Congressional investigation. He is the "DEAL MAKER". Hunter Biden is just the "Operations Manager" who set up the laundering points and money flows. (The smartest man Joe Knows.)

The penalty for a willful violation of FARA is imprisonment for not more than five years, a fine of up to $250,000, or both.

Just receiving money from a foreign entity does not require a person to register as a foreign agent. They only have to register as a foreign agent if they are taking part in FARA-registerable activities.

Do you have proof that any of the Bidens were taking part in FARA-registerable activities by order of a foreign entity?
