Here's what Grassley said:

I'm sorry that you might have to watch a video, but I think in this case it's important that you actually see and hear his voice tell you what he said in order to dispute your claims.

If he had used the whole "maybe, possibles, and other words of vagueness I would agree that we should read his words carefully.

TODAY IS THE DEADLINE FOR THE FBI TO COMPLY WITH THE CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENA

The FBI is nearing a Wednesday deadline to provide documents to House Republicans relating to an alleged bribery scandal involving President Joe Biden.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., filed a subpoena alongside Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, seeking the record of a 2020 interview with a source who they believe made extensive bribery and influence-peddling allegations against Biden, relating to his time as vice president.

"We believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current President of the United States.

What we don’t know is what, if anything, the FBI has done to verify these claims or investigate further.

The FBI’s recent history of botching politically charged investigations demands close congressional oversight," Grassley said in a statement regarding the subpoena.

---It's interesting that FBI Director Christopher Wray is about to appear before the US Senate, regarding the FBI's budget.

I wonder if Republicans in the SENATE will ask Wray about this document that HOUSE Republicans subpoenaed, to help them investigate Joe Biden's alleged crime of Bribery?

I’m not sure he will.

I can't believe you guys are buying into the whistleblower narrative again. I'd think you'd be a little more cautious after getting burned by Gym's group of non-existent whistleblowers.

Did any of you listen to what Grassley said last night? It was full of maybes and possiblys. Which means the people who are hyping up this document haven't even seen it.

But people ARE calling for The FBI to release some documents because they're not classified. FBI apparently isn't denying the existence either -- and THAT is huge 😎

And remember recently when AG Garland was begging people inside The DOJ not to become whistleblowers?

That was a "first strike" choke&gag prelude to what we are seeing now. He knew. Yes he knew. 🤡or😎?

The Biden Campaign Hired Merrick Garland as Attorney General to (in part) continue covering up Biden Family Crimes.

We need the Supreme Court to intervene some how, because AMERICA's TOP LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IS A CRIMINAL in this case!

Update - Thursday May 11, 2023

THE FBI DID NOT COMPLY WITH THE CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENA

WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) issued the following statements on the FBI failing to comply with Chairman Comer’s subpoena seeking an unclassfied FBI generated FD-1023 form that allegedly details a bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national.

“It’s clear from the FBI’s response that the unclassified record the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the Committee. We’ve asked the FBI to not only provide this record, but to also inform us what it did to investigate these allegations. The FBI has failed to do both. The FBI’s position is ‘trust, but you aren’t allowed to verify.’ That is unacceptable. We plan to follow up with the FBI and expect compliance with the subpoena,” said Chairman Comer.

This is a Good Article from a Civilian Investigator who spent lots of time inside D.C. government offices studying how our Government operates...

Clear Political Intent – FBI Refuses to Turn Over Unclassified Investigative Report Detailing Joe Biden Bribery Scheme

During all of my research and discoveries about the DOJ and FBI, the one constant from everyone with a specific and granular knowledge of how the silo information operations are conducted is that the FBI is comprehensively and institutionally corrupt at every level.

Let us not pretend with each other. As an outcome of President Obama and Eric Holder’s specific actions, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was weaponized (top to bottom) as an enforcement mechanism to protect the interests of the DC democrats.

Top to bottom the FBI is a fully weaponized federal police agency with the primary mission to target political opposition. In the modern political era, this is the sole purpose of the FBI – nothing more, nothing less.

Congress has specific knowledge of an investigative document inside the FBI known as an FD-1023. The FD-1023 details the evidence delivered by confidential human sources to investigators. The specific FD-1023 is a multi-page document outlining the entire bribery scheme used by Joe Biden and his family. The person who helped detail the FD-1023 documents has informed congress of its existence.

Because this unclassified FD-1023 outlines the details of how Joe Biden used his office to accept bribes from foreign officials, the FBI is refusing to release it. Instead, the FBI is telling Congress they have no right to see it [LETTER to Congress Here].

Fully Funding the FBI.

Set their budget at a level that's appropriate for a government agency that isn't accountable to the U.S. Congress (aka "The American People").

The Speaker of the House is now attempting to force the FBI to comply with the subpoena.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said he plans to call FBI Director Christopher Wray on Thursday after the agency rebuffed a subpoena from the House Oversight Committee for a document that GOP lawmakers claim lays out an “alleged criminal scheme” involving President Biden and a foreign national.

McCarthy’s comments came one day after Christopher Dunham, the acting assistant director of the FBI’s Office of Congressional Affairs, penned a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) informing him the agency would not immediately provide the document in question.

McCarthy should be applauded for helping his Oversight Chairman make headway with this corrupted government agency.

I can’t believe the constitution doesn’t have a remedy for this. If not, very bad blind spot.
Why not press charges at a local state or city police, or county sheriff ? Whoever has jurisdiction. Dems are certainly doing it with DAs around the country against Trump.
Hopefully not another thing the dems do with a gleeful insanity, while the GOP is too genteel and lazy to do it.

The U.S. Constitution says if our government stops working for us, we can legally use whatever means necessary to remove and replace that government with one that operates for the people who pay taxes/salaries.

It's needed as part of the investigation. The Jan 6th committee subpoenaed documents too, as part of their investigation witch-hunt.

Congress is not a law enforcement agency. The Supreme Court has ruled that while Congress has the authority to issue subpoenas, they can only be for legitimate legislative purposes. They cannot issue subpoenas simply in an attempt to discover wrongdoing for political gain.

Seems OK in steering the direction toward protection of the whistleblower and divulge what belongs under closer scrutiny.

Usually, they dox and point blame and punishment on the whistleblower doing the right thing to do if it ain't the senator's son.

Not too many wait and sees left for my cornflakes to become soggy of piss, honestly.
