This would be quite believable in this day and age. It is frightening how much sexual misinformation and grooming is going on in public schools in the US which makes it quite believable to be happening in the UK also. I call forcing children to believe there are more than 2 genders, when the rest of "the genders" are genetic anomalies (i.e. abnormal genetic variations) to be sexual misinformation. I call teaching the how to's of sex to prepubertal children to be grooming and encouraging children who are naturally curious to try them out. Later, a child was briefly taken outside the classroom by a teacher to “remind the pupil of the school’s expectations that all pupils are entitled to their own opinions, and that they do not have to agree with a guest speaker, but they do have to show respect”.

“Public references to a drag queen delivering a session at a drop-down day at QEII in September 2022 are inaccurate, but it is understood that the guest speaker referred to does occasionally perform as a drag artist,” Edge told the island’s parliament.

Not at all fake news. The newspaper is trying hard to downplay the issue by arguing the drag queen wasn't dressed up as a drag queen although she is a part time drag queen...

The newspaper (Guardian) claimed she didn't say there are 73 genders but suggested there could be as many as 72 genders... To unsuspected children who tend to believe what the adults say to them...

The reporting by the Guardian is just unacceptable, disingenuous and plenty of deception.

Sexual education is important though.
Even if you don't allow your kids to have sex you can't lock them in and survey them all the time.
So you just should teach them early that it's dangerous and only for adults who respect eachother.
And if it should happen in any sort of freak accident:
Always use protection! Until you're both tested.

The parts you quoted are not really "fake news", but there are other things (the talk about anal and oral sex, the part about the invited person sending the kid outside, the event being a sex education class) that, apparently, were lies.
