Well, I'm still here after all these pages a little bit, hardly the actions of someone trying to get out of this thread.

Just go watch they short 5-minute videos buddy, anyone will do.

And then come back and attempt to refute the facts and common sense being displayed.

You wont be able to because the Earth is not flat.

And the person in those videos explains that to you by using deductive reasoning and logic without even resorting to the use of much science.

Hardly. But you are not participating in this thread. You are participating against it.

You are basically telling me to: "Shut up" without evidence.

And it is not up to me to explain to you how faith works.

That is up to you to find out. You and billions before you have placed their faith in balls. And what are you expecting to see ?

The evidence is on the first page of the thread Hombre in the form of a picture taken from space aka that big blue marble that is a very spherical planet Earth.

You have been given evidence that you apparently refuse to watch or refute and it's only 5 to 12 minutes long.

I'm not telling you to shut up but merely watch the videos, and then get back to us with your thoughts on the matter.

Faith can be defined as a strong belief or trust in something or someone, typically without requiring proof or evidence.

Whereas science is a systematic and logical approach to understanding the natural world. Which involves using empirical evidence, logical reasoning, and critical thinking to test hypotheses, theories, and models.

Which one do you think your flat Earth nonsense falls under?

If you are going to make claims pal the onus is on you to provide evidence to support said claims, now where is any sort of tangible evidence or proof that the Earth is flat, can you provide such?

Really?

Go hold a brick above your head and let go, see what happens next.

You see that ""projection"" of a brick will land you in the ER requiring some ""holographic"" stitches.

Whether or not the holographic principle turns out to hold weight matters very little to our place in the universe.

You should also realise that once we are able to resolve/measure individual Planck units we may very well be able to determine if our universe is indeed holographic by nature.

A hologram needs a light source. What is the light source for the sun and how can a hologram cast a shadow to cause eclipses?

Kind of drifting off topic but I lived across from a lady in her 50s that used to call the Police about 4 times a week claiming teams of builders were climbing in her window and making her perform sexual favors.

They arrested her for wasting Police time and had her sectioned after a while.

Not that it stopped her, she was back out about a month later and straight back to calling the police making the same claims.

The poor woman obviously had serious mental health concerns all the same, don't know what happened to her as i moved away.

It is obvious that you cannot defend yourself against scientific facts and cannot intellectually challenge anyone who brings up such evidence contrary to your claims.

My analysis would be that you have been a member here for 12 years, have the stats of a nube , do not believe what you claim to believe and are really here for the sake of controversy in an attempt to piss people off.

The sun acts as a source of radiation from the fusion of hydrogen.

How is your “projection” giving me sun burns.

The sun’s mass has noticeable effects on the solar system such as the orbits of comets.

This is another parable of what you are doing when you analyse what i wrote in other threads.

I do not need to defend myself against anything. I am not my thoughts and as you know, old things hange when new evidence is presented.I am not confusing myself with my beliefs, just like some people tend to do.

Just like your know that people believed in "flat earth" then millenias after they got a proof of the opposite of it.

You have a better model at predicting why the sun sets and rises, how far the sun is from the earth, the path of comets, when solar and lunar eclipses will occur, when high and low tide will occur? Why an equatorial mount when viewing planets with a telescope at night is handy.
