Focus here is on China/Indo Pacific and getting those attack subs and B52:s and B1-B2 bombers to Australia.

The B52's damn... you know what you can do with a B52? The B52's are serious business so heads up, where that fortress goes you know something afoot.

You can absolutely carpet bomb someone to oblivion with one of those... China wouldn't attempt massing any kind of ground troops with even one of those in the air and our escorts have about a 13 to 1 ratio to their fighter jets.

Just an update on the thread.

And it looks like authorities have got the culprit in custody.

Two incidents where men were set on fire in London and Birmingham are linked and the same man has been arrested in connection with both attacks.

The two shocking incidents took place within a month of each other.

The Birmingham attack, which left its victim Mohammed Rayaz, 70, with severe burns to his face while he was walking home from the Dudley Road mosque. A man has been arrested in connection with the attack, which was caught on CCTV.

It came after an 82-year-old man was set on fire while leaving the West London Islamic Centre on Singapore Road in Ealing on February 27 at about 8pm.

Detectives from the Met’s West Area Command are working with West Midlands Police on the investigations.

The suspect, whose age was not given, was arrested on Dudley Road after he was identified by officers who were in the area carrying out inquiries, and is in custody.

The man who is alleged to have committed both of these attacks has been charged and named as Mohammed Abbkr, 28, from Edgbaston in Birmingham.

With a name like that I think its reasonable to assume he's a Muslim, so maybe some sort of ideological difference?
Or given that the alleged attacker seems to be of African origin and the victims Pakistani/Sub-Continent origin maybe cultural?

I sincerely hope the two victims recover from their injuries.

I'm still not sure as to his motive might not find out until he goes to trial i suppose.

Just glad dangerous scum like that is now off the streets and unable to set fire to any more pensioners.

Hopefully, his victims do indeed make a full recovery.

I suppose that just depends on how badly they were burned.

Mentally though, that's the stuff of nightmares, good luck to the poor sods overcoming that sort of thing happening to them.

Technically all violent crimes are hate crimes baggy7981 or at least involve a measure of such.

But dowsing someone in petrol and setting them alight is about as hateful as it gets.

He was not doing it to his victims to show them love put it that way.
