Social media log in ...please post here if you are having issues

I am posting with my tablet , which luckely had still the ATS log in cookies. If i would now clear my internet history, cookies etc , i could not anymore log in back to here .

This tablet is not so big, and it's harder to write, i mostly been using it just reading forum or short messages.

It's very annoying.....allways have to prove, even when have all log in details right.....

I had the gray screen several other posted in this thread. I use Chrome on my PC and have it set to open multiple tabs of places I go to daily, and like normal ATS had me logged in. After checking news and a few other sites, I clicked on the mail icon, and that's when the gray screen came up. I just logged in like normal. I assumed my being logged out was normal, every few weeks I come here and am logged out

I do not use social media to log in

I just try log in with chrome , but no luck ....

So both firefox and chrome show same issue. I could log in
To google gmail and oneall with chrome also.

I think ATS is broken

Another possibility is ad blockers. Turn em all off and see what happens 🐇

Yeeh, well the my patriot supply ad is showing all the time with my PC

I'm Oldcarpy2. I couldn't log in and got the Oneall message. Signed up to it but didn't do it for me.
Wouldn't recognise my email address.
Created this new account to contact DTOM. She was very helpful and suggested I message Djarums so have done.
Fingers crossed!

Hi. I have pm'd Djarums as you suggested. My problem is I get the Oneall message when I try to log on but then it says my email address is not recognised.

Signed up to Oneall but no difference. ATS says my email address is not recognised and as have forgot my password I can't request a new one!

No probs logging in with this new hopefully temporary new account.

If I get my old account back I promise to be good. Honest.

It's not Fake I've seen it before.

If I had to guess it's some sort of ATS Website feature that hasn't been paid for this month.

I also started seeing the oneall message now and to me it looks like ATS went over its freemium limit.

Oneall is just a social login integration service provider and starts charging if the number of users reaches a certain point.

There are better options out there than oneall that also offer freemium plan or even a decent developer can just implement such social login feature directly into ATS without having to rely on any 3rd party plugin service like oneall.

Hope ATS finds a solution soon.

Just get in communication with ATS Staff mate they will help you out , I'm back online myself.

I had to make a new account. Same oneall social media problem described above.

I have tried several times over the past two days and it is not working.

If a moderator cound put the email and password form beyondknowledge2 on my beyond knowledge account as the login, that would work best for me.

Been a few weeks for me now. Had to make a new account, which I think is a no no, but heck...I joined this site years ago and don't even have my original email account anymore. Was using my social to sign on but.....
