Hi everyone. I disabled Oneall. for the time being. It was getting really expensive for the number of users we have, plus Bill said he was having an
issue with the Facebook login. THeir tech support is total garbage too. They didn't write me back at first, and I had to write them multiple times.
As a webmaster I HATE using third party apps with poor customer service because when something is wrong and it takes 5 days for them to reply it
reflects badly on the site. It seems like companies these days don't give crap about their customers. I've been in MANY situations with angry site
visitors who are waiting on something to be fixed and I'm waiting days to hear back from tech support because it's outside of my control. So until
someone from OneAll calls me back and we have a direct contact with someone who can resolve an issue QUICKLY, I am hesitant to use their service again
because that's one of those things people will be mad at ATS about and wer're at the mercy of a third parties response time.
I'll check back with them again today though but I'd urge everyone to sign in with their e-mail address. You should be ble to use the e-mail connected
to your social media to do a password reset, but don't quote me on that.
If you want to send an e-mail to
[email protected] I'll be happy to switch out the e-mail address for you but since we don't keep any of your
info, the only verification data that I can use is the IP address that you signed up with. So if you happen to know that AND your username, send a
message and if it checks out I'lll flip your current e-mail into the system manually.
Also, I think the mods have access to do that too.. but i may be mistaken if they don't have the e-mail that's in our login system.
