What the psychologists are saying these days is that they agree with the conclusions other experts agreed upon over the last 50 years.

Yes, that game is why/how everyone believed in the flat earth for so long.

Like I said, you can keep your 'experts', I'll just do my own thinking, thank you very much.

Nobody is asking you to think outside the box.

No, you're asking me to only think inside 'the box'.

I escaped 'the box' a long time ago.

Thanks for wasting everyones time.

I work with a large number of young people that have been diagnosed with a huge variety of mental conditions. The most prevalent is bipolar, depression, anxiety, and the biggie, PTSD.

I spoke with several medical people about this video, and they all confirmed this to be true.

I would not recommend anyone to blindly trust psychiatry.

Wow, I hope you don't give him the same he gave you. They were likely abused by their parents and even further back. The cycle of toxicity and abuse was never broken. You said he turned to alcohol to self-medicate, well right there it shows he could not cope.

He made a personal decision to Drink and to beat me and my mother. Sympathy for that POS was nonexistent.

Yes, I would also agree with that video but they are speaking of the psychiatric field only, looking at biomedical research changes the picture.

Then there is neuroscience which still in it's infancy has shown promise in explaining mental illness.

I just wanted to point out what makes a parent a toxic parent as per child psychologists. Most of this is just common sense if one bothers to use it.

Ummm... I wouldn't recommend anyone blindly trusting anyone or anything, whether in government, big corporations, the medical industry, etc etc ad nauseum.

In point of fact, contrary to what 99+% of all Medical Doctors, psychiatrists, etc will tell you (or anyone), 99+% of those you mentioned above who suffer from any of the mental illnesses cited can cure - yes, CURE - themselves (meaning, eliminate any and all symptoms), simply by changing their diet/lifestyle.

The Carnivore Diet/lifestyle - which includes elimination of any and all commercial/processed foods, plant and plant based foods, sugar/carbs, etc - as well as some minimal exercise. Best exercise is a good HIIT routine for at least 20-30 minutes at least 2 to 3 times per week.

Just one example (there hundreds, if not thousands just like him):
