Unfortunately for the Florida Restaurant owner.

They dont have the kind of authority to kick anyone out of a Restaurant/establishments over their religion, politics.

No forms of intolerance are permitted ... unless you are conservative

That Restaurant owner just ruined their code of honor when it comes "No forms of intolerance"


I dont believe the Restaurant will hold out well in the court if some decides to sue the Restaurant owner over this.

This case should have exactly the same outcome as the bakery refusing to bake a cake for an LGBTQ couple.

Well, it's not that I don't think stunts don't ever get staged, but I do get tired of the idea that every time something like this happens, it obviously has to be a stunt.

I guess if this guy has Nigerian brothers on his payroll to talk disrespectfully about women, we'll know better. Maybe they even shouted something about MAGA country.

Oh well, must suck to be him. Because, it's not like Miami is a large city with probably hundreds of cafes, many of which probably won't care what he thinks. He's one of these guys that screams about religious bakers having a right to refuse to bake gay cakes, yet somehow, that right does not apply to cafe owners whose doesn't want some loudmouth chasing off potential customers with his political views?

Maybe Mr. Caldwell might want to remember a common business sign and conservative talking point "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." At least in this case, they served the dude and let him finish before kicking him out.
