Not all students who menstruate are female

"Not all students who menstruate LOOK female," .. there I fixed it! If they are menstruating, they are a biological woman, plain and simple. You can change things, and add hormones, but you will always be a biological female if you are menstruating because you have a freaking uterus.. which makes you a biological woman.
