I don't think you under the concept of prayer as much as you think you do. Now if you're arguing how can a loving God let bad things happen that's an ancient question where you can find your own answers.

That player had free will to play a dangerous game he loves and got hurt, people prayed for him. Not sure why it's crazy that religious people prayed.

Allah just means God the difference being Muhammad. I'm not sure why atheists derail religious threads as a mostly atheist myself, the preaching from atheists is hypocritical.

And Muslims thrive in the west compared to Christians in the east although the west can do better.

A couple of years ago, I went on a couple of retreats at a Jesuit center, in Texas. One of the retreat leaders, an old priest, in his late 70s, consistently referred to God as She. Was he going rogue or is the Church breaking away from some old thinking? As for other religions, in Catholicism, we recognize Muslims as brothers and sisters in faith. The politics of religion are a real problem as fundamentalist Christians still see Islam as bad.

You raise some interesting points. I'd like to see some response from Snookers and Terp but it seems they like to ... oh, I won't finish that thought.

Well child when you talk to the mirror does it talk back? You need to walk back your sewage. Satan is in everything including the church and has been since forever and you've either been fooled by it or are a part of it. Read about the following and get back to all of us.

I personally know Father Robert Morey and have read Farther Vincent Lampert's book along with the book "Dark Intrusions" by Louis Proud. Both priests are Vatican trained exorcists. What Lampert wrote is also mentioned by author Lewis Proud in another way but both are connected.

Agree and that's what I was told By Father Dennis and Father Robert Morey. So prayer can work both ways it can help and it can harm especially if that person is disingenuous, evil or along that theme as in unworthy.

That why we pray for our enemies.

I now pray to the rosary.

I find the Lord's prayer soothing while breathing deeply. I think one has to come to one's knees in distress to really get the relationship going, perhaps.

I and my family have serious issues with a next door neighbor. Were moving. I have a contractor who told me he will never come back here because of the evil next door and he doesn't wants his kids attacked, spiritually.

We are both spiritual but don't wear it on our sleeve and as such after contacting the Catholic Church last June I have since returned to the church and pray to the Rosary weekly as instructed by Father Robert Morey.

As such he told me that I would then be under the protection of the Catholic Church. Spiritually but I can still be physically harmed.

To date they are keeping to there property and have stopped causing physical damage to the property. I also made a referral to the FBI last year. Their entire MO has since changed.

Thank you as its so nice to see those who believe and yes this neighborhood is full of possible Satanists or worse. Father Robert Morey blessed our home last year. He didn't have to use the sacred salts along the property lines at that time back in 2021.

. I just follow what he told me to do. Its actually not alot of work. It has helped
