No - the illegality is because the Tates allegedly held six women captive 24/7 against their will and forced them to do so under threat of violence according to police - allegations are the women also recieved no money and the Tates pocketed 55,000 Euro a month from it which is sex slavery.

Police claim one of the women was violently sexually assaulted back in March, the US embassy tipped off Romanian authorities to the situation back in April which sparked the investigation.

It appears the women were transported to various cities/buildings after being taken captive and had minders shadowing them 24/7 which is where the human trafficking allegations come from.

I am a producer in life and piece worker most of my professional life.
