But how long do you let that delusion go? He could continue to base any action on it, just because "he believes" it? The countless audits, hand counts, his own 2 audits he had done that we only recently heard he had done? Not enough yet? I don't mean this sarcastically. I'm genuinely curious, you believe as long as a President believes something is true, contrary to ample evidence it is not, is a good enough reason to well, really do whatever he wants in the auspice of the Presidential office?

I mean he "believed" it before the election, in the spring, the minute his poll numbers fell for his handling of covid. His lie about "ballots in rivers" and his gaslighting of the public by claiming the only way he would lose is fraud, again before the election even occurred.

But yes, if the serving POTUS believes that there was fraud in a national election, it most certainly is within their purview and scope to take actions.

I mean again, he himself hired two companies that we knew nothing about and they came to the same conclusion as the other state audits, hand counts, etc. There was no sufficient fraud to affect the outcome of the election. There was never any Kracken.

Why would he call GOP members in the middle of the night in Michigan the night of the election before any final count, to try to get them to stop counting or oppose the count?

You think it would be OK for Biden to do the same? To encourage law breaking and disregard the law as the fake electors did in Michigan and say they were duly elected and that they convened at the state Capitol to meet and sign? When they weren't and didn't? I don't think it would be right.

Ok, an opinion, and? Its within his purview as POTUS to ensure fair, transparent and legal elections.

This is your third attempt at trying to make an argument of Biden doing something Trump may have done in your opinion. What you fail to realize is that for almost 10 years, the argument of what Trump "may" do while democrats are actually doing those things rings pretty hollow for me.

Except my original, reply wasn't about Trump. It was specifically in response to someone that stated something as if it was fact when all available information indicates the opposite of what they claimed.

What I was doing is bringing to light the fact that the Election was, without question, Rigged and Stolen.

As President, and Commander-in-Chief, it was my duty to do so! If I did not do this, I would have been in violation of my Oath of Office….

Message from former President / Candidate Trump at 11:38pm this evening...

I will be attending the the Federal Appeals Court Arguments on Presidential Immunity in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday. Of course I was entitled, as President of the United States and Commander in Chief, to Immunity. I wasn’t campaigning, the Election was long over. I was looking for voter fraud, and finding it, which is my obligation to do, while otherwise running our Country.

If I don’t get Immunity, then Crooked Joe Biden doesn’t get Immunity, and with the Border Invasion and Afghanistan Surrender, alone, not to mention the Millions of dollars that went into his “pockets” with money from foreign countries, Joe would be ripe for Indictment.

By weaponizing the DOJ against his Political Opponent, ME, Joe has opened a giant Pandora’s Box.

As President, I was protecting our Country, and doing a great job of doing so. Just look around at the complete mess that Crooked Joe Biden has caused.

The least I am entitled to is Presidential Immunity on Fake Biden Indictments!

Just finished a very productive Federal Appeals Court Hearing, in Washington, D.C., on whether or not a President should have Immunity.

The answer is YES!

Deranged Jack Smith was in attendance as the other side conceded two very important points, either of which would give the critical Immunity argument to us.

If for any reason it were held that a President doesn’t have Immunity, then Crooked Joe Biden, after he leaves Office, could be charged for the horrible and dangerous job he is doing on the Southern Border, the Afghanistan Disaster with all of its Death, Destruction, and “Surrender,” or his quid pro quo on Ukraine, where he said, on tape, that if they don’t get rid of an Unfriendly Prosecutor, they don’t get the $1 Billion in Funding from the United States (He then clapped his hands, and said, in effect, “I won!”)…..

From America's next President.. A 77 year-old who's keeping a campaign & court travel schedule that a 35 year-old would find extremely challenging and draining...

I traveled late last night from the Great State of New Hampshire to New York to attend one of the many Crooked Joe Biden-inspired Witch Hunt trials.

Despite the fact that I was there, on time and on schedule, it was just learned that one of the jurors is, unfortunately, not feeling well, and for that reason, today’s session of the trial, having to do with a woman I know absolutely nothing about, has therefore been cancelled with a new date to be determined.

Of course, all of these various “Biden Political Opponent” trials just happen to be starting, with great purpose, in the middle of what will be the most important Election in the History of our Country.

They could have all began years ago, or years after, but, certainly not DURING the Election.

In actuality, they should have never been brought at all, because I have done nothing wrong.

But it is what it is, and I will do what I have to do. All I ask for is fair Judges and Juries, and I will win every one of them.
