Late evening message from former President, Presidential Candidate Donald J. Trump...

Tomorrow is a big day for Democracy.

A Leaking, Crooked and Deranged Prosecutor, Jack Smith, who has a terrible record of failure, is asking a highly partisan Obama appointed Judge, Tanya Chutkan, who should recuse herself based on the horrible things she has said, to silence me, through the use of a powerful GAG ORDER, making it impossible for me to criticize those who are doing the silencing, namely Crooked Joe Biden, and his corrupt and weaponized DOJ & FBI.

They want to take away my First Amendment rights, and my ability to both campaign and defend myself.

In other words, they want to cheat and interfere in the 2024 Presidential Election.

Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before. It is strictly Banana Republic kind of “stuff.”

These political Hacks and Thugs are destroying our Country.

Let’s see what happens on Monday in Judge Chutkan’s courtroom.

Judge Tanya Chutkan is a more powerful version of Attorney General Letitia James (NY) and District Attorney Fani Willis (GA). I'm sure those two have contacted Tanya to urge that she put the muzzle on the leading candidate for U.S. President, ahead of the Nov 2024 election.

The passing of Donald Trump's big sister yesterday...

My great sister, Maryanne, passed away yesterday at the age of 86.

A truly beautiful woman, tall and elegant, with a presence like no other. She was also a tremendous student, intellect, and Judge, in charge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, just below the U.S. Supreme Court.

Her life was largely problem free, PERFECT, until I made it difficult for her when I decided to run for President.

The Fake News, and others, went after her mercilessly, and because of the fact that she felt it inappropriate, due to her position, to defend herself, it just never stopped!

While tough and strong, she was made to suffer in those years from 2016 until her Retirement. I will never forget the many times people would come up to me and say, “Your sister was the smartest person on the Court.”

I was always honored by that, but understood exactly what they meant—They were right! She was a great Judge, and a great sister. She will be truly missed!

And the news media (especially CNN) keeps complaining that Donald Trump is intent upon "punishing his political enemies", if he is U.S. President again.

Of all media outlets, CNN should know that they too are on "the list". It's NOT "political enemies". Those who will be punished are evil azzholes across the spectrum.

A Rigged Trial going on against me by a corrupt N.Y. State Attorney General and an out of control Judge.

They brought Values down to a FRACTION of what they are really worth, like Mar-a-Lago, and then called me a Fraud.

They are the FRAUDSTERS, and the whole system is CORRUPT.

I didn’t even include one of my most valuable assets, BRAND VALUE, in my Financial Statements.

Also, this Psycho Judge refuses to acknowledge the fact that I have a 100% Disclaimer Clause on the First Page of my Statements - “DUE YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE.”
