Hello ATS,

I haven't been able to find the raw videos of these yet but a Youtube channel named Redacted has posted some.

Skip to 2:44 in the video.

At first I assumed these were search lights but apparently you need a permit to have them. None were issued at the time. This part of Wisconsin, West Bend is a very rural area. If someone was playing with search lights illegally it wouldn't take long to figure out who it was.

The lights are on video from several vantage points and there are several witnesses.

I know you guys are awesome at debunking these types of things. What do you think? A clever hoax? Illegal search light operation? Actual UFOs?

I haven't watched the entire video yet, although I did skip to your recommendation and see the footage. Just like you, I'm looking forward to hear more experienced members pick it apart. Early thumbs up from me OP.

I recall watching an episode on Unsolved Mysteries about lights in the sky over Wisconin....Maybe they're back.

Damn that's a real tough one but they really do just look like spot lights. I'm most definitely no expert though.

Peace

I have to side with some sort of search light over crafts from outer space. But, and a big but, shouldn't you see the beams? It's obviously cloudy in the video but there are no beams visible.

This is what I would expect to see. Skip to 20 seconds in. EDIT, I guess the thumbnail is pretty good too of what I would expect.

That's what gets me, no beam up to the sky.

I wonder if it's possible it is a search light, but not from the ground, from above. I know we have a trauma helicopter here that has very bright lights it uses when it's finding a place to land, on a road or where ever an accident occured.

But I'm already debunking my case because it happened twice 8 seconds apart and it seems too fast for a helicopter. We don't know the distance so it can't be ruled out. Could be two helicopters with the same configuration? Either medical or military? But why would you have them on with cloud cover underneath?

I'm leaning towards this is some kind of hoax and both videos were in on it.

I don't know because I noticed when watching the video the one light that was apparently late to the party, I could kind of see the light like move as if was shining up at the bottom of the clouds. Hope that makes sense.

Who is the person off to the side in the tall brush? Looks like they are holding sone type of 2 pronged antenna 4 light on each? maybe them? lol a reply to: litterbaux

That one light that is "late to the party" is the most interesting part.

I read a comment on the YouTube video that someone suggested it was car lights on a hill off in the distance. I know car lights can do some interesting things, but it was only one light. Could it be a motorcycle taking a turn onto that road?

Doubtful but not completely impossible. Most people have their bikes stored away by December 1st but it's been unseasonably warm (until recently) so who really knows. Most of the folks I know in Wisconsin that ride, are to put it bluntly, a rougher crowd.

Plus I've never personally experienced car headlights project onto clouds but I live in a pretty flat area.

These look like some type of show light type effect to me. Could be a hoax. Disney World used this kind of effect all the time in the sky over the parks, usually in the time period before their fireworks displays. Sometimes there is a highly visible beam, sometimes less so, depending on atmospheric conditions etc.

Some spotlights, skip to about 19 or 20 seconds...

Awful video, but it shows some lights with little to no visible beam:

I think those are reflective posts so the snow plows don't take out your mailbox.

Trust me, they do anyway.

Maybe they are trying to pull one over on people, because just maybe you can't see the beam of light becuse there cell phones just aren't picking it up. Not sure if a cell phone would always pick that up or not.

Any military bases around there?

Undisclosed Black Ops tech - possibly.

Genuine Orbs - possible, and WOW if so!

No spotlight technology exist like that. No beam. It was a stroke of luck to have clouds, which furthers the probability it’s not a spotlight. They don’t move in synchronization. Move at an incredible rate of speed. And appear to have independent controllers.

I’m no expert. Could have been some new tech a private company was experimenting with. Hard to say these days. But I don’t think it’s CGI or a hoax (unless aliens is your only preference for explanation) 🤪 Maybe just people misplacing reflective lights off another vehicle.

I’d really like them to be Orbs from another dimension. Be nice to have some really good footage for analyzation.

S & F for the old ATS!

This is where I land as well. Someone illegally using spot lights. If the cloud ceiling was low and you only did it a few times you probably wouldn't get caught.

It is pretty boring in Wisconsin, I could see some kids messing around.

Possible someone is planning to use spotlights at a later date and just wanted the repositioned hence why they all came together.

U.S. Air Force & Space Force Recruiting office is located in West Bend, WI. I don't think a recruitment office would have anything to do with this but I'm no expert. The big military base is over by Madison, Fort McCoy.

I love your posts and I think the black ops tech theory is possible, but this part of your post is not entirely true.
The beams aren't always pronounced enough to be picked up by a camera. As I said, Disney World uses spot light type displays all the time that do some pretty impressive synchronized patterns, often with no heavily pronounced beam (the beam is there, but faint).

But you need a permit for that. I'm not sure how much it is in WI, I Lougled it and didn't get any results quickly. I did find the cost in New Orleans, $25. I'm sure the fine for not having a permit is 10x that. I don't know the actual numbers but that's usually the case if you try to cut corners on this type of stuff.

Doesn't make sense.

I appreciate your compliment.

In response, that’s why I brought up the cloud factor. Are you saying that tech operates better with clouds, mist, fog? In my experience, spotlights are easily exposed with those condition. Like I said, I’m no expert. I learn a lot from you folks!
