He's obviously sympathetic to the cause, or he wouldn't have thrown them a bone pre-choosing two counts he thought they could convince him with.
They just didn't do a good job.
They wasted a lot of time on the printer* when the receipts were the actual game changer.

As for the rest of your tirade, make whatever excuses you want for breaking laws and obvious problems, I'm not. The judge has to rule according to the rules in a court of law. The court of public opinion rules according to our own rules.

And I've got huge problems with the lack of chain-of-custody and other lack of safeguards. In my state. In my county.County.

This is insane. Really. So we should not wait to vote on election day but you can approve to receive ballots days after the election date to make sure to win.

There are "experts" like Kenneth Mayer, who make a living testifying before official bodies and courts, that an election was safe, using only his credentials as evidence.

It's much like CISA and the Attorney General did in 2020. Just 8 days after the November election, they said there was no meaningful election issues anywhere in the country. No investigation was conducted.

These (lazy or corrupted) authorities didn't receive any reports from the (corrupted) election officials in MI-WI-GA-PA-NV-AZ of problems, so it had to be the most secure election ever.
