What are car tyres made out of? Ah yes! More fairy dust.

Have fun driving your ev on wooden, nope to scarce, on paper mache tyres

Why stop at the tires?
It takes a lot more oil than that to build our friend's high horse -

They will, if anything, limit the times you can load your EV on your privateloading station. It's a high volatge line and the company can shut those down individually. Appliances with high voltage lines like geothermal heating, already have cutting hours to relieve the strain on the net.

Lol
You know, paper is made out of wood?

A tire needs roughly 22l of crude oil, that doesn't get you very far when refined and put into your fuel tank.
Plastics are in terms of longevity one of the better uses for oil.
It's not the best example, to make the point you were trying to make.

Paper can be made out of many natural fibres

When you realise there is an EOL tyre produced every year for every person in a population it starts to add up. How many people where you live? 100 EOL passenger tyres weigh a ton

22L x the population of your #ry. Still won’t go very far will it.

What are you driving on? Not asphalt pavement that is produced from the residue of petroleum refining. You will be riding on evil concrete that emits yet more CO2 when it is produced. This is good news for the greening of the earth.

Might get one person far but it won't get the whole population and the goods they need very far.

Terpene is right, it is a poor example to compare something replaced every 50,000 miles to something that has to be replaced every 400 miles.
