Council bosses have come in for a deluge of criticism since revealing their vision to ease congestion, which would see motorists fined for driving between new so-called 'neighbourhoods'.
granted I was out drinking/clubbing from 14/15 but i was certainly wary of grownups

If they were after pollution, carbon , they should call president Xi , Chinese are the real culprit, World super mega polluter . This fine tuning with city zones etc are to me pointless . We just wait for hydrogen powered cars to come and save .
