They also hate hiring people who have been with the same company over 10 years.
All employers want that mid to late 20s worker with 3-5 years experience - everyone else they take if they have to.

Depends on the company.
But they do want young and healthy brains let's say as well as the more experienced ones on some occasions. Those in their 20s or 30s have many more years of service and they can give usually more to prove themselves. Unless they have learnt in situations where the employer is woke and all they have to do is to censor and silence Twitter accounts that don't peddle the narrative.

The woke brigade can never be wrong. If they said Twitter will close down because the woke staff will resign then it must happen. It's just a matter of weeks if not days.
