The UFO and Sleep Paralysis Connection is Being Exposed by Retired CIA

I used to have really vivid dreaming all the time. I suggest trying a CPAP machine for about 2 weeks and seeing if you wake up more refreshed and have better nights sleep, once you get used to the machine. I have less dreaming i feel but more sound sleep and can wake up refreshed.

Sleep paralysis is horrible. I have had it multiple times. The last time i was completely freaked out. I knew what it was, and i freaked out so hard in my sleep paralysis dream nightmares that i woke up, which i was super relieved for. Screw that shiot. Its horrible.

Abductees\experiencers and those who've researched the subject claim that these entities can pretty much do whatever they want, whenever they want, so manipulating an electronic security system or causing surveillance cameras to malfunction would be easy.

I do that when I feel it coming on. I immediately become aware of what is going on and I keep telling myself despite what's going on to start moving my hands and fingers, then I snap out of it.

Sounds like a bad excuse not wanting to prove themselves right or wrong.
Even if the aliens are masters of all electronics, the cameras would still capture the moment they malfunction.
That would give some information on what time the "thing" happens.
Spread flour on the floor and check for footprints in the morning.
Chain yourself to the bed.
Put motion detectors all over the house.
Strap voice recorders to arms and legs and press record before you go to sleep.

To much ?? well if you are sure unknown entities from another place is kidnapping you and doing experiments on you.. I would say everything you could do is NOT to much.

We have cameras on the outside of the home. Now when I am in Sleep Paralysis I don't hear or smell anything. However while I am wide awake I can hear the muffled music and or voices just belong our audible comprehension. Plus the footsteps. In our current home while awake in bed I would see these things floating up along the ceiling to me left then go across the room and disappear. The "hoodie" never did that.

Whats frightening is that in the book Dark Intrusions by author Lewis Proud he writes about the muffled music and or voices just belong our audible comprehension and says the entities are trying to locate you. I also was given a book to read by Father Vincent Lampert. In his book he also writes about muffled music and or voices just belong our audible comprehension. Lewis Proud lives in Australia and Father Lampert in Indianapolis. They are essentially writing about the same thing. Proud also touches on aliens as in ET. I mean like holy sheet!

What if said enties do not operate on a spectral wavelength that our modern consumer grade electronics are capable of capturing evidence of their presence?

Considering I think the majority of "our" tech comes from them, they wouldn't allow the casual human to get anywhere near the level of tech needed to prove their existence.

FYI

Our home was built in 1992 on Lake Murray. We have more electrical anomalies than any home I have ever lived in. WIFI routinely gets zapped and goes down and takes out the security cams. We routinely have micro second power outages that last under a second. Enough to knock off the desktops. Two Receivers have also been zapped while shut off including a CD Player and Niles Power Amp. Our cell phones change settings. Father Morey continually has issues with his mobile phone. In 2020 I had two Siemens 200 amp each Circuit Breaker panels installed along with all new breakers and an Eaton whole home surge protection. However the WIFI still gets blasted and the security cameras continue to malfunction and change settings. Bizarre to a T. Were getting the F out of here

Agree I now routinely attend church and pray. I also know why I was sent here. I also met either my Twin Flame. Sheila Pryce Brooks said that she may also be my spiritual guide or angel.

I was always aware of the above but blew it off as just stuff but after seeing what I have seen here in this house I now believe in all.

It got to the point that I called the former owner and asked him if someone had died in the home. He said no.

Dr Jacques Vallee is going down that rabbit hole.

She is a beautiful, smart university graduate married mother at 32 years old. She channeled this intense energy that was way beyond love. Father Morey along with several other medical professional's said that she was channeling Gods love through her to me. It wasn't sexual. It was just something 100 times beyond love accord to Sheila Pryce Brooks as she has experienced it. Its incredible.

Since my stroke in 2009 from [7] sports concussions I can sense energy from people. I wrote about it here on other treads. Her energy or what she channeled was so intense it just blew my mind. A deep deep caring and loving energy. She told me that she can feel a persons energy and she felt mine.

Its beyond incredible and no I am not going through a mid life crisis.

She caused me to get off my arse and reach out to the church and other professionals. They are all coming back with the same stuff on her and I. I also have a recurring dream that I fought in the civil war for the confederacy as a soldier. I die by bayonet. Was she viewing me in Sleep Paralysis. I mean Jesus Christ this # is really deep.

I’ve had sleep paralysis before a few times , it wasn’t pleasant, but wasn’t bad ether. All I can remember is sudden rush of thoughts an flashes an me talking to myself which was vague, but don’t recall anything or one else being there. I do remember getting an ominous, foreboding an shadowing sense of doom when I was alot smaller, but wasn’t there with the above.

As for entities Terrance McKennas Machines Elves come to mind, while Vallee makes the UFOs a giant psychic psyop whose methods of madness may far exceed ours where it meticulously mundane to try . And he did attempt to linking Mckenna concepts with his research at one point if I’m not mistaken. Mckenna would only encounter by using a said natural concoction from tribe that would put him a deep then regular sleep sort of speak.

Complex life is cluster ofclusters, with other clusters which end being total cluster ****s and maybe in the instant of birth an or death do we get to peak at the almighty an survive.

The entities you view "on the threshold" are most often yourself

Your conscious mind slips out of alignment whilst crossing between the effigian and non-effigian realm "bodies", causing a recurrence of itself to be noticed

Similar to catching a reflection of yourself out the corner of your eye, that causes you to take notice, focus and have a good look

Except, the only part you recognise, is that you are seeing something you should not be seeing

If you see or feel darkness within them, then there is some type of darkness or pain repressed within yourself, that you may or may not realise, that you need to let go of

When correctly translated, the book of Ephesians literally talks about "Polarity" (mistranslated as a person named "Paul") of the Effigian body (Ephesians) between the waking and non-waking realms, and how it forms the balance between conscious (Christ) and conscience(Church)

They have simply replaced the paths to understanding this balance and catharsis, with human institutions for conscience and a divine representation of our own physical conscious

They cannot really help you with true catharsis though

Only with repressing or ignoring whatever it is within you, that you need to face

With sleep paralysis, the embodiment is locked within a negative polarity, such as fear

You can train your mind to polarise and cancel out emotions such as fear, and through such forcefully awaken your body from sleep paralysis when it happens

If you "turn off" the fear, you also turn off the sleep paralysis

There are other circumstances where you encounter entities (who are not a reflection of yourself) in similar states, such as phenomena with "grey aliens", but these are misalignments within the cycles of time themselves, not the meeting of your physical and non-physical bodies within those cycles of time

There is nothing about the direct link between fear causing (and being able to cure) sleep paralysis

I also do not see her defining the difference between pre-dormital and post-dormital sleep paralysis, in relation to fear

Pre-dormital being fear based within things unknown or beyond your control

Post-dormital being fear based within things known or physically within your control

I have studied the dynamics of the effigian and non-effigian realms in great detail for many years

I did a period of self-annihilation in sleep deprivation, going without sleep for up to a week at a time

I re-tuned my body to a circadian rhythm where I would stay awake (on average) 4-5 days without sleep, and with little-to-no food, followed by a period of 2-3 days where all I would do is eat and sleep. During my rest period, I would sleep for up to 24 hours straight, waking only for short periods to eat as much as I could, before going back to sleep

In recent years, I have reversed this process. Sleeping non-stop for up to 20 hours a day

I have been doing this for around 5 years now. To the point where I am losing track of things such as time and the waking world is becoming increasingly foreign and strange to me

My point being, I understand dormital phenomena very well

I've never looked into the conspiracy side of sp, but I have the actual reason it happens. It has happened 3 times to me personally. Every time it happened I was sleeping on my back. So I don't do that any longer. It hasn't happened since. I've never seen anything besides what should be there.

The first time it happened it was really scarey, and I see how ppl could think someone is there. I was paralyzed, and I couldn't scream or move. Eventually I closed my eyes and went back to sleep. The next 2 times it was also scarey, but I knew if I closed my eyes I'd drift back off. The final time it happened I actually watched some TV and tried my hardest to talk. Nothing happened.

I don't know if it's different with everyone or people actually see an entity, or are just so scared they perceive an entity. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough. Either way very scarey experience,but one piece of advice for someone who gets sp. Just close your eyes and go back to sleep. Easier said than done but it works.

I haven't dealt with it for a long time but when it does happen, I recognize it and start taking deep breathes. That wakes my body up and I can then move and completely wake up.

I relax into it, then roll my astral body out of my physical body. Using my astral energy I summon a claymore and behead all Threshold Guardians.

I've had sleep paralysis twice that I can remember. The first time was in the late 1990s. There were bright flashes of light outside the window that was at the foot of my bed. The reason I have trouble believing the scientifically accepted explanation is the flashes of light were only outside the window. Not in the room, not all around. Just outside the window. Absolutely couldn't move. Just gave up and went back to sleep.

The second time was several years ago. Maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I broke out of it by using a technique kind of like a "one-inch punch." I didn't try to just move a limb or get up, I used every muscle in my body.

All I can tell you is that I have had it probably 1000 times over my life time. It was always the "hoodie" until January 2019. Then just a handful of other entities; [3] woman as humans and [1] boy.

Other people who I have spoken with have been physically attacked by them. Some see demons. I have also been told that not all of the entities are evil.

All I know is that its scares the hell out of me to this day. Prayer stopped it for me.
