It is like a bad script for a WB TV show.

Right?

Did they hire the old Wile E. Coyote cartoon writers to come up with this?

Acme election fraud kit™. One U-Haul full of ballots included*.

Lake and her campaign managers are trying to tell people that they are on top of this. Some were on tgram asking voters to stay home and not go to the facilities counting the votes because we didn't need another J6 episode but I'm like you and sure have my doubts!

Uh, I believe it's up to the witness to prove their claim.

Nope. The burden of proof is ALWAYS on government.

Preferably including the utmost transparency, if not absolute transparency.

Our ballots, our votes, our elections, intended to serve the people's best interests... NOT elected and unelected government officials.

That makes 0 sense.

The burden of proof is always on the acuser. Anyone can say they witnessed anything and be lying.

I can say Donald Trump humps baby dolphins in his Mar A Lago Aquarium... No matter how absolutely believable that is.. and how much sense it makes, I need more evidence than just my claim to make it true.

The only cases IMO where burden of proof ISNT on the Accuser, is in sexual assault situations where motive and circumstance are evident.

If what you say is true, the entire concept of criminal investigation is wrong and should never happen. It is the responsibility of the witness to report the crime. It is not their responsibility to gather and deliver proof. Untrained hands could, and most likely would, damage or destroy evidence as well as the crime scene itself.

Yes, the accuser could be lying - juicy smollett anyone? That is one of the reasons the accusation is investigated. To determine if it is real or not. If it isn't then file charges against the accuser. If it is then file charges against the criminal. But only under the most incredible circumstances should it ever be simply dismissed and ignored for lack of evidence by the witness. That is truly nonsensical.

Livestream of the ballot dump, in his opinion.

Amazing how honest Dems turn a blind eye to the obvious stealing...as long as the stealing helps their candidate.

I thought at least some dems had scruples and honor.

I was wrong.

Its why they paper/mail ballots.

Crazy how these issues happen as predicted...

A printing shop with no observers? Uh huh...That is convenient when you're on the way to count the ballots.

Jiffy.

Isnt it funny...how in arizona lake keeps LOSING votes and hobbs is not gaining any? They are knocking out lake votes so it cant be a recount. i wish democrats who voted democrat would just leave earth.

No,its why they screwed with the tabulators. paper tabulators can also be fixed to subtract votes.

Because it is a solution. There is no reason a person should not be able to see their voting history if we are digital.

it'd be very valuable to big data to have access to everyone's voting, medical and tax data..

I am also of that opinion. We are going to have to draw a line somewhere and at some time. I thought we should wait until the midterms were over and here we are.......so now what? I wished we had attempted to come up with a plan B!

I posted it in another thread and will repeat it here. Arizona State Election Law Ariz. Stat. §16–550, §16-551 allows Absentee/Mail Ballet processing to begin upon receipt and counting can begin "Tallying can begin immediately after processing, but results may not be released before all precincts have reported or one hour after the close of polls on Election Day. Releasing information earlier is a felony."

Still asking why did they wait to the last minute. Seems like of of these "swing states" do this now even though their statutes allow other wise.

Whats crazy about that Masto 487,829 Laxalt 481,273 a difference of about 6500 votes. There are about 31,230 wasted votes going to Libertarian, Independent American Party, No party preference and No party designation (What in the hell are those last two?) I get everyone has the right to vote for whom they want and I am not saying they would all vote for the same party..it just seems like a waste. Is what it is I guess.

All these "Adjudications" are just red herrings to make it all look honest and fair 😁

It's always "Not Quite Enough" to sway the totals is it 😁

These assholes have the rigging down to a science 😁
