It doesn't matter where you find yourself standing in the current #storm, we all have one thing in common.

Anger.

Everything that's happening these days is guaranteed to piss off one group or the other.

Why is this feeling being fomented on a global scale for so long with the screws being turned on more and more each year?

Angry people need above all else a scapegoat and by god TPTB will make sure one of these days each and every one of us will get exactly that lump of coal in our Christmas stocking.

A world war doesn't just break out spontaneously right?

First it's all about the he said she said bull#.

More money gets channeled to the elites.

Throw in another, more lethal pandemic perhaps.

Billions of lives could be lost, which will fit nicely with the depopulation agenda.

When the numbers are down and people are so weary of a world gone mad, the you will know nothing crowd will step in and apparently we will all be very, very happy.

First anger, then happiness™.

You get co-opted and you get co-opted and everybody in the audience gets co-opted!

Underneath your see-through seat you might find your prize staring right back at you, so don't stare for too long.

Where do I unsubscribe, anyone?

I'm ready to get off the merry-go-round and go home.

But we don't get to go home unless we send corporate sponsored representatives of the elite packing.

Why haven't we tried that?

Why can't we have ordinary people that are experts in their fields represent us in the necessary positions?

This world needn't be the way it is. We don't have to have owners forcing their will onto us.

Why do we blissfully step into the traps that are laid out for us?

The majority of people in this world are religious, so technically hatred should not have caught on so easily as it did.

Nonbelievers consider ourselves above all that, and yet here we are acting exactly like our religious counterparts.

Humans are just like ants, and there is a controller class that sends vibrations up and down the communications web that cause us to behave exactly in the ways that they deem necessary to further their agenda.

What separates humans from the animals?

The scientificamerican website states:

Humans clearly think differently than animals, but experiments that show how human cognition is unique have been hard to do. Yet research has revealed two distinct human features: complex scenario building and exchanging thoughts with others.

It's times like these that makes me realize what sets us apart from the animals is that which makes us human and them which find a natural harmony within nature.

Our stupidity.

We are amazingly stupid creatures, all the more so for throwing away the ability to harness our intelligence for good.

It seems that deep down we need to be manipulated.

I have no other explanation for it.

It is easier to be manipulated than it is to conceive of a path of one's own.

It is easier to "leave it to (a) God" than it is to help one's self.

It is easier to "be the victim, the persecuted, the peon" than to stand up, take action, and face the consequences of your actions.

It is easier to stay huddled and trembling in in in the dark shadows at the back of the cave than to step out into the light of the open air, facing even the the unknown dangers there, and seek the opportunities that await just beyond the horizon.

I find so called "smart" phone tech is a suitable allegory for what you describe. The cleverest monkeys building the most intuitive, magical, comprehensive toys for convenience and diversion. Too much of a clever thing is actually quite droll. This principle applies to our higher cognitive faculties, the compulsion to devise increasingly complex remedies that perpetuate the need for contrivance instead of reducing it, which is the opposite of problem solving. In a sentence, we engineer more obstacles to sustain our success because actually solving problems is economically unstable. How clever is that?

The part where you said "you get co-opted you get co-opted, etcetera" you can take me off that list. I know I said something about some job troubles here to see if someone would have some advice. That was a long time ago.

See a lot gets channeled into spin on this website. But no one had any direct advice for me because no one here meets. Oh sure there were official "ats" meetings and occasional big displays of one person to another "I ought to buy you a beer" chummy little things that seem to be mainly between American "chums" and the UK, and people are fond of that beer mug symbol, and some people make occasional references of a precious "meeting" they had once with some other well established member and usually this is fringed with a whole lot of good time stories but a lot of it seems devised.

I will not blame elites for that as most people here are slinging buckets at levels they would not want to admit are pretty low. That's not something I have confided in you. I have nothing against shucksters spinning things, not my circus, but to put me as the soft and moldable victim of all of this presumes to know things about me in real life that no one on this website has bothered to get to know. By dint of the fact you gave me such sage advice to "just wait" and continue to now write passages about elites "abusing our poor souls! and bodies!" you either knowingly or unknowingly call up my image into this definition. Its poetic, so congrats. But I don't see any attempt to do anything person to person that doesn't involve pulling a person into a movement they didn't start or words they didn't ask for. If any single person here doesn't do what they need to, it's only their personal responsibility, not my business.

All that anger, frustration, nowhere to put it. Scapegoating? Perhaps. Maybe the need to apportion blame being directed?

Balkanisation on a global scale? Slicing the neighbours up because it's their fault the shops are empty and anyway, they didn't help that old bloke with the stolen wheelchair?

Einstein's surmise WWIV will be fought with sticks and stones?

Given the amount of hate being fomented in the media, I think all are possible.

Yeah, I know.

Had to go look it up again before responding.

What flew off the page now as I'm sure it did back when I replied to your OP, was that it was filled with anxiety.

That's a state of mind where our judgment is usually not at our best, and desperation tends to bring poor results.

My advice was to achieve a calm about it, in order to gain a clear perspective before making any moves.

As for connections turning into something more on ATS, I have bared my soul before to someone on ATS in private, and the conversation helped me get closer to my centre. This has only happened once since I became active on ATS, but I suspect had we all sat around a campfire with a beer in hand many more connections would have been made.

Sometimes things don't translate so well off the page, y'know?

There are others I wish I knew better, but for me these things should happen in a way that doesn't feel forced, otherwise how could you truly know the other person's intentions?

Perhaps most of us are lost in digital translation.

If it's allowed, and you get your wish, then you can bet that it's contrived.

And that should anger you, being manipulated like a puppet.

Oh I see.

Thanks by the way for the mature response. I definitely agree with the last sentiment! I'm glad you were able to receive some help with your problem on this website. I agree that things shouldn't be forced. We are all kind of lost in translation. Too much blank space and coming and going to reach any solid conclusion and besides, life picks up and before you know it you're gone to some other circumstance. I'm glad we were able to make some kind of agreement. Sorry if I came to any conclusions. -

Oh yeah, and the anxiety wasn't there. The curiosity was. I wasn't trembling and suffering. I was bored off my a. Guess it isn't here or there tho👍. Thank you,. -

I am too tired for anger anymore; in truth, I really don't care anymore. I only know one thing. History teaches us several interesting things.
1) There have always been Elites in charge of everything. Think...the "Roman Emperors" and families of the Roman Senate.
2) They always over reach.....the various Monarchical Dynastys of Europe for example.
3) They always work and plan for only their best interests and strive to enrich themselves at everyone elses expense.
4) Their plans work for a while and then there's a "surprise" reset, i.e. societal collapse, plague, wars, more plague, more wars, etc.
5) Ultimately, there's a collapse and a new order of Elites emerges.

We are not quite at "collapse" yet but you can see the dark clouds far off on the horizon.

On a long enough time line, we're all dead anyway. Even the Elites.

I agree with most of your post, except the reset is coming as no surprise to anyone.

We have already been informed about it by the very people who will force implement it.

Oh, and I also disagree that at the very top of the pyramid the power ever changes hands.

Elite scapegoats sometimes are offered as sacrifices yes, but there was always someone operating a level above them, and they will never be brought to justice.

In a world so corrupt and out of control, it seems ludicrous to me that the people issuing money never hit a speedbump.

Isn't that weird to you how they operate within the eye of the hurricane, undisturbed?

Yes, it was weird to me until I did a deep dive research into the how of their success in preserving their wealth through the aeons of history.
Two examples:
1) Research and read about Gala Placidia; she was a matriach of the Theodosian line of Roman Emperors and as such was extremely "uber" wealthy. She lived at the time of the near collapse of the Roman Empire and yet she and her family managed to escape the collapse of the Western Empire and with most all of her wealth. So I asked myself, however in the world did she manage to do that? Long story short, she played the game of politically advantageous marriages while transfering her wealth by sea from Ravenna Italy, (east coast port) to Constantinople. Most all of the Roman Senatorial families did the same thing and followed the same path. They managed it by trade, turning gold into olive oil that was shipped to Constantinople where the Olive oil was exchanged for gold. (I use olvive oil only as an example, there were other commodities of trade). She died in the year 450. By a rather tortuous investigation, it appears the Theodosian "bloodline" survived by marriage into the French royalty that existed in around about AD 1100, the Merovingians. From there, I gave up. It gets too complicated.

2) I backed into the history of the wealthy heirs of Empress Marie Therese of Austria by way of research into the background of modern day Italian super-Model, Bianca Brandolini-d'Adda. Turns out that bhe Brandolini-d'Adda family is fabulously weathly as a result of their lineage from the Hapsburgs. They have vineyars around Venice and a platial estate home in Venice itself as well as properties in Milan and Paris and South America.

So I asked myself, however in the world does a family manage to preserve it's wealth from the 1780's to modern times through at least 2 World Wars? Answer: Real Estate. And they are absolute experts at knowing when to buy/sell pieces of property. So, for example there's a Castle Brandolini-d"adda in north eastern Italy near Venice. They built it, sold it 100 years later, bought it back another 100 years later, on and on. They recently sold it.

I learned something from that. If you want to plot out the likely times that there's going to be a major "reset" by way of war, take heed and look into the property sales of the Uber Rich. They know when and how to "exit" positions quite well.
Cheers

I looked up the model you mentioned (as one does) and I was struck by the resemblance she bears to one of my cousins. Their surname is Agnello.

Their mother died very early and the father married into our family, he also passed away quite some time ago.

I don't know many Italians but there is a bubliness to their personality that is very infectious.

They have this ability to make anyone feel good just by being around them.

I'm sure that's an Italian thing.
