Higher prices this winter.

Yea, appears Americans like higher energy prices across the board. Who knew? And apparently they like uber high crime rates in the cities.....maybe that signals that the college educated leftists have, since the Rona, moved out of the cities so they aren't affected by the daily chaos, shootings, muggings and stabbings. Or maybe they just enjoy the youtube crime videos out of NYC and Chicago.

Whatever.

Prices started increasing long before the war in Ukraine.

And the BBC is your source?

I have made a lol at you now.

Most of what is happening is basic economics, the post pandemic price increases and supply line problems were predicted back in 2020, they said that we could see price rises and disruption well into 2025. Ukraine just made it worse but all within the bounds of standard economic models.

This has nothing to do with who is in the whitehouse, it's effecting everyone from Australia to Iran.

For example china's zero covid policy is hitting the supply of all sorts of goods, but it's also effecting international shipping because the big container transports used to do round Robin routes, filling up and emptying out at predictable ports. Now they're moving fewer full containers out of China which means that there are fewer empty containers available at the end of those routes to take goods elsewhere

While the goal is to have each district composed of the same amount of people, elections still occur and are managed at the county level. A single county with 500,000 registered voters is going to take much more effort to count than ten counties with 50,000 voters that can be done simultaneously.

Considering Dems tend to be in more urban areas while Reps are in more rural areas, the county with 500,000 people represents Blue districts while the smaller counties represent a Red district.

Sorry, I don't buy it. The giveaway is the long pauses in reporting results that we see in those districts, always when they're somewhere around 80 - 90% complete. There is simply no explanation for that, other than to facilitate fraud.

And it's not like we've never caught them before. We have. Remember the infamous Detroit ballot dump 2 years ago? Or the videos showing the poll worker scanning the same ballots 2 or 3 times?

The only thing lacking is the will to actually do something about it. At least in the legal system.

Fixed lotteries, fixed professional sports, fixed elections, fixed wars. I guess democracy is dead. Stick to the script and don't ask questions.

Thereā€™s something seriously wrong with your message to the voters when they canā€™t even trust you to be better than the mess they have at the moment.

Yep, goes to prove Americans like their abortions as a birth control method.

No surprise really.

Hmm I don't think you are correct. But don't worry the MAK is here to help!
So the United States population has grown over.....well always.
Yet abortions are down despite that increase. So let's break this down shall we.......I really shouldn't have to do this, but that simple FACT means that babies are dying less.
Did certain terminology help drive facts into ya?

Either way abortions are bad and I would never, but like helI would I ever step up to a woman.
Every grown man should know this.

They doubled down on stupid, that is for sure. But while you can fault them for not helping things by not knowing what the hell is going on, they at least try to vote in their own best interests even if its probably counter to what they end up with. I'd just say that if some of them would wake up and at least look at third parties, they'd be better off.
Not that many republicans aren't controlled opposition. They can't ignore their constituents like the left can and get away with it and have to make an effort to appear dedicated to keeping things functioning, but they ultimately answer to the same people that bark orders to the left. Maybe not they're not completely under their control as is the left, perhaps.
Vote democrat if you want something you don't have. Vote republican if you don't want something you have taken away.

The big red tsunami didnā€™t happen. The voters confirmed that the quality of candidates matters. The extremists and election-deniers on the right significantly underperformed while the moderates did fairly well.

I personally think itā€™s a good sign. The echo chamber of ATS clearly does not represent whatā€™s actually going on in this country.

On 11/8/ā€˜22 reason and moderation prevailed while Trump cultists took a bath.

Deranged Dem cultists care more about the ability to kill unborn children with impunity than anything else that plagues this country with the low life Demgenerates in charge.
Rampant crime, rampant inflation, high cost of goods, unsecured borders, no energy independence, you name itā€¦itā€™s a free for all with those clowns in charge and none of it is good.
Liberals havenā€™t had any morals or responsibilities in this country for 60 years, why should they start now?

Letā€™s just continue to have Liberals die on the hill of saying men can get pregnant, exposing little children to drag shows, the inability to define what a woman isā€¦..in other words, complete insanity and in other words, high priority things that affect Liberals.

Just the other day the useless Dem governor here in Michigan gave a speech where she used the words ā€œPeople with periodsā€ to describe women and the false thinking that men can have periods.

Keep your priorities straight Liberalsā€¦..
You wonā€™t want to have kids anyway under Democrat control because you wonā€™t be able to afford to feed them.
But just remember you might not also be able to afford to pay for the gas to get to the abortion clinic.

Good bye republic it was a nice run, but the great experiment is over and we were not smart enough to keep it.

If Republicans win the U.S. House (where investigative committees bring HELL to those investigated), that's more than good enough.

As Rep Massie just confirmed, a 1-person Republican MAJORITY in the House will enable the Jan 6th investigation to be shifted to include all evidence against Pelosi, investigation into the Biden crime family, Obama-Biden sabotaging Donald Trump, etc.. GOP-led Committees sending out lots of subpoenas for testimonies and documents.

If the Senate is held by Democrats, the Republican House will have even more freedom to conduct investigations.

By the start of the 2024 Presidential election cycle...in mid 203, a lot of Democrat corruption will have been exposed.

I wonder how many people who were on the rolls had mail in ballots mailed for them. If you don't don't vote you likely don't care. I saw that was a big problem in 2020 where several elderly people in line in front of me were told they already voted by mail and and had to fill out forms stating this was their actual vote and that slowed the line down considerably.

This - The coming misery will put the current problems to shame - I agree with you on. But it wonā€™t matter whether a Dem or a Republican is in the White House.

I've stopped giving to charities to offset the increased living expenses and inflation and higher gas prices. I'm also finally giving up playing the lottery( my one vice) since now I'm sure its fixed after the last two billion dollar draws had technical delays. Next up is dropping some other tech service expenses. You can only hurt them where they live.... with money.

The simple fact is that as you increase the number of people the more complicated things become to manage.

Here's an example. The entire Walmart corporation is much harder to manage than a single store despite the fact that the corporation has a much greater amount of managers and support staff proportional to what a single store has.

And as not to neglect their opinions Walmart puts in place the required staff and infestruture to deal with the increased complexity and puts the mom and pop shops out of business because they can bring product to market faster and cheaper.

Its the principle of "economies of scale".

While your argument makes some sense if you don't think about it to hard; it really doesn't make sence in the long run.

The only reason larger counties have a harder time running their elections has to do with neglect of their systems... and based on the amount of time it has been this way it can only be through design.

The truth of the matter is that incumbents or the incumbents party has an advantage in making an election more difficult so the party in power finds ways to make the election in their areas more difficult.

The people are the obvious loosers in the game. But the people are to propagandaized and triblistic to care.

We will probably see civil war on our lifetime.

We have been in a civil war for decades. This war is different from the last one in the 1860's. It's not fought with conventional weapons on physical battlefields. It's fought with words, visuals, seditious acts, and subterfuge. The war is raging all around us, but most Americans will never see it until it's too late.

Money, fame, charisma, looks and knowing how to attract voters go a long way.

The smart and humble candidates who want whats best for the people generally do not get elected.

Again your voters still seem to be polarized by my guess.

Is that not what voters are, divided? even in your neck of the woods. But atleast we don't fight and trash the place over things like soccer or cricket matches,

Again... nothing new or surprising
