In most news stories, you see a common theme, a "Deeply divided electorate".

It's true and many of you need to start recognizing this.

"Civil Culture Shock"

Your neigbhor is nothing like you and will vote with or agaisnt you.

You don't have to be a conservative to understand this, centrist, independence, moderates despite their leans, know this as well.

Coupled with entitledment, ignorance, deeply rooted tribal intent and bond, these occur on both sides of the aisle.

Advice? Stick to your state and continue to better it. In Texas, we beat Beto, Ken Paxton won. Rural Texans continue to remain strong.
Unfortunately, Sheila Jackson will remain in power and Myra will lose to Vincent, by a small margin.
While Houston and Austin are just too packed, we're thankful that these counties do not affect our electorate like Cali does.

So what to do? Start working with local organizers. Make friends with similar interest in your area.

I really feel bad for PA and MI, those states have become lost and the people should rightfully have to deal with the consequence of their votes.

My best guess is that a deal will be proffered by McConnell backed by Dems that basically says he can bluster for a while but then goes quietly in the night they’ll not throw the hook at him
