All I've seen is a list of Arizona counties and a few large or interesting ones outside of Arizona posted on AZCentral.com earlier today.

Maricopa and a few poorish heavily Native American communities in Arizona, and I remember Wayne county.

Pretty sure they listed something in PA and GA, but not certain that's true and don't remember the county names.
