You didn't address the point at all.

The point was addressed in my first post within this thread. I have explained it multiple times in different ways and presented a vast amount of evidence to support the facts presented. I have offered multiple ways around this recommendation were it to become a requirement. I have provided little to no opinion in regards to this.

Any further failure in comprehension is your own.

It's obvious that the CDC tries to influence all decisions taken by different states.

Yes, that is how all government agencies work.

Spot on!

No, it's not.

It's unbelievable how much influence a political organisation such as the CDC has on matters of public health. Yes, they only 'recommend' but want their recommendations to be followed as if they are gospel.

They can want that until the cows come home. It doesn't change that this is only a recommendation and not a requirement.

Florida's Surgeon General and Governor together with his office have other thoughts and well done to them!

They are following the state laws that have already been set in place for years. This is no great victory, it's simply doing their jobs as assigned by law. I addressed this in my opening post within this thread, a response to your opening post.

I comprehend everything you've said, not sure what makes you think that's the issue.

As I've already stated I'm more worried about the implications.

Why arent we following the science on this... bleh thankfully I am in a state that doesnt mandate it for kids, suck I will have to pay attention to this when any new job opportunities arise.

As one fellow Arizonian to another, we have to find a way to get Kari elected. I will be casting my vote for her soon. I am encouraging everyone I know to do the same. Pray for AZ haha.

Amen!!!

I really really hope that Team Kari is prepared to observe and document any cheating. Chicken# Katie hiding in the bathroom and Heaven only knows where else is too much like Biden hiding in his basement in 2020. She's got more baggage than Samsonite, even Dems are side-eyeing her, but her polling numbers are still darn close to Kari's. It makes no sense.

But I'm still very hopeful that one way or another it will work out for the best.

www.wsj.com... 6293986

Link doesn't seem to work but Google WSJ Kari Lake and see the first few results. It's there.

Political professionals, the Democratic establishment and an antagonistic media are aghast that Kari Lake, the Republican candidate for governor of Arizona, appears to be on a glide path to victory next month. Name recognition and communication skills developed over a 25-year career as a TV news anchor in Phoenix have served Ms. Lake well as a candidate. But authenticity is her best asset.

Thank you for the link -- I found it just fine!

The comparison to Reagan isn't wrong... but I think of Kari much more in the Goldwater Republican sense. And just like Barry, Kari scares the bejeezus out of the establishment Republicans.

One thing this OpEd missed though is that Kari is appealing to ALL Arizonans -- not just Republicans, but also Dems, Independents, Libertarians and other "third" parties. Kari is representing the Big Tent Republicans, and it's working for her. She has presented real plans for real issues, from the border to homelessness to school choice. Whether one likes Kari's plans or not, at least she's got one. More than Shady Katie has!

She gonna pass with flying colours.
I don't think there is any doubt about it.

Going back to the topic I think that Florida has shown the way to all other States and to the rest of the world. Well done to both Governor Desantis and Dr Ladapo for standing against this irrational campaign of mass and mandatory vaccinations.

My take is that young people up to the age of 35-40 have to say NO and goodbye.

Great news but there has to be more states even it's a blue one. It can't be that all democrats are unable to see what is going on.

People say follow the science. At this point, the science shows that the covid vaccine is literally more dangerous for children than any threat of covid. Anyone who wants to counter that, is simply NOT dealing with science.

My opinion has no bearing on the fact that Florida publics schools are not required to follow the CDC recommendations.

This is silly. The very fact that CDC recommends it, automatically makes many, if not most, schoolboards follow certain schedules. If you can't see that connection, that's, as I said, silly.

You do realise that isn't science they are asking us to follow but politics involved in science which we have say as reasonable human beings.

And isn't only the children which are affected.

Dr Malhotra in the UK has reviewed the current literature and he has argued that the vaccine program should pause at a global level due to serious concerns in n terms of vaccine safety.

Here is his paper

insulinresistance.org...

Read carefully the results and conclusion.

Results: In the non-elderly population the “number needed to treat” to prevent a single death runs into the thousands. Re-analysis of randomised controlled trials using the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology suggests a greater risk of serious adverse events from the vaccines than being hospitalised from COVID-19 Pharmacovigilance systems and real-world safety data, coupled with plausible mechanisms of harm, are deeply concerning, especially in relation to cardiovascular safety. Mirroring a potential signal from the Pfizer Phase 3 trial, a significant rise in cardiac arrest calls to ambulances in England was seen in 2021, with similar data emerging from Israel in the 16–39-year-old age group.

Conclusion: It cannot be said that the consent to receive these agents was fully informed, as is required ethically and legally. A pause and reappraisal of global vaccination policies for COVID-19 is long overdue.

Florida is doing very well through Governor Desantis and State Surgeon General Dr Ladapo
Well done to them following common sense. The public interest must always be out above everything else.

Still only a recommendation. The most a school district within Florida can do is recommend it, they cannot require it.

Yes, but can you not see they are trying to push these products to everyone. People must stand up and say no. No means no.

And, as it can only be recommended and not required in Florida, you can absolutely say no to it.

Definitely!

It should have been the same everywhere with recommendations made and especially for the elderly and the clinically vulnerable but certainly no coercion, pressure, or mandates.

His opponent for Governor attacked him for saving Florida. he kept the deatsh down, he kept the economy going. Had a dem been in there things would have been far worse and they'd be getitng praise for the great job they did.
