You didn't address the point at all.

It's obvious that the CDC tries to influence all decisions taken by different states.

Spot on!
It's unbelievable how much influence a political organisation such as the CDC has on matters of public health. Yes, they only 'recommend' but want their recommendations to be followed as if they are gospel.
Florida's Surgeon General and Governor together with his office have other thoughts and well done to them!

The point was addressed in my first post within this thread. I have explained it multiple times in different ways and presented a vast amount of evidence to support the facts presented. I have offered multiple ways around this recommendation were it to become a requirement. I have provided little to no opinion in regards to this.
Any further failure in comprehension is your own.

As one fellow Arizonian to another, we have to find a way to get Kari elected. I will be casting my vote for her soon. I am encouraging everyone I know to do the same. Pray for AZ haha.

Amen!!!
I really really hope that Team Kari is prepared to observe and document any cheating. Chicken# Katie hiding in the bathroom and Heaven only knows where else is too much like Biden hiding in his basement in 2020. She's got more baggage than Samsonite, even Dems are side-eyeing her, but her polling numbers are still darn close to Kari's. It makes no sense.
But I'm still very hopeful that one way or another it will work out for the best.
Political professionals, the Democratic establishment and an antagonistic media are aghast that Kari Lake, the Republican candidate for governor of Arizona, appears to be on a glide path to victory next month. Name recognition and communication skills developed over a 25-year career as a TV news anchor in Phoenix have served Ms. Lake well as a candidate. But authenticity is her best asset.

Thank you for the link -- I found it just fine!
The comparison to Reagan isn't wrong... but I think of Kari much more in the Goldwater Republican sense. And just like Barry, Kari scares the bejeezus out of the establishment Republicans.
One thing this OpEd missed though is that Kari is appealing to ALL Arizonans -- not just Republicans, but also Dems, Independents, Libertarians and other "third" parties. Kari is representing the Big Tent Republicans, and it's working for her. She has presented real plans for real issues, from the border to homelessness to school choice. Whether one likes Kari's plans or not, at least she's got one. More than Shady Katie has!

My opinion has no bearing on the fact that Florida publics schools are not required to follow the CDC recommendations.

People say follow the science. At this point, the science shows that the covid vaccine is literally more dangerous for children than any threat of covid. Anyone who wants to counter that, is simply NOT dealing with science.
Results: In the non-elderly population the “number needed to treat” to prevent a single death runs into the thousands. Re-analysis of randomised controlled trials using the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology suggests a greater risk of serious adverse events from the vaccines than being hospitalised from COVID-19 Pharmacovigilance systems and real-world safety data, coupled with plausible mechanisms of harm, are deeply concerning, especially in relation to cardiovascular safety. Mirroring a potential signal from the Pfizer Phase 3 trial, a significant rise in cardiac arrest calls to ambulances in England was seen in 2021, with similar data emerging from Israel in the 16–39-year-old age group.
Conclusion: It cannot be said that the consent to receive these agents was fully informed, as is required ethically and legally. A pause and reappraisal of global vaccination policies for COVID-19 is long overdue.

Still only a recommendation. The most a school district within Florida can do is recommend it, they cannot require it.

And, as it can only be recommended and not required in Florida, you can absolutely say no to it.
