Aluminum?

And it's "Zed".

Culture is culture. A sovereign nation, however, is a sovereign nation.

Ours is much, much older than yours, of course.

Only according to Russian propaganda.

Which no one except Russian propagandists believe.

Even some of those probably don't even believe it either.

All so tedious, and covered in minutiae in other places. This discussion is on Russian retaliation for Ukraine's attack on some bridge Putin's mate built to Crimea, a place that Putin illegally invaded and annexed.

The Russians and their lackeys are out tonight trying to distract from the fact that Russia's precision missiles blew up playgrounds and colleges.

Russia, killing civilians for no good reason, for a hundred years.

News flash for you.

Very few people on this forum and in the wider world, if they have half a brain, believe western news either. Both are biased and many see western news as propaganda and I'm not talking just Russians.

Maybe.

But here in the West we can be critical of our Govts without getting thrown in prison.

Your media is rigidly state controlled.

Nobody with half a brain believes Lavrov and his lies.

We can see live footage of your missile strikes on civilian targets.

Live footage.

Do you have those kind of news flashes in Russia?

And Russia lied about the POW barracks…

Please point to the HIMARS rocket artillery system damage as claimed by the Russians. And the holes punched out in the walls by the missile shrapnel?

Israel, without America you would be bombed to oblivion and would cease existing. Without American money you would be nothing and have zero defense. Start being a bit more supportive of your friend and ally. We are all watching this disgusting debacle of you sitting on the fence. For #'s sake Zelensky is Jewish yet they are not damning Netanyahu's little buddy Putin? You corrupt lot.

The most ridiculous thing I've read all day. Israel has no choice but to keep out of the Ukraine affair if it wants to keep Iranian's away from its borders. The Israeli's are fighting Iranian's and their proxies in Syria and they need Russian permission to launch their raids. Their hands are tied on this one.

Funny.

Lots of Russian support evaporated after the Olenivka prison massacre. Where Russia killed POWs in a staged explosion.

After Russian lies, and brutally, you still think Russia is some sort of hero?

The Ukrainians did that to try to kill off all the azov prisoners.

The same ones they fought so hard to free?

Yeah, that makes complete sense.

Then why did Russia lie in that it was a missile strike where the building should have been obliterated, while the building still stood? With all indications of fire bombing from the inside our?

It was missle strikes.

Now the USA is upping Ukraine assistance to provide the country with a MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM.

At some point, doesn't a U.S. President HAVE TO ask our representatives in Congress for permission to invest more in a foreign war, than in U.S. projects and security? MAGA-AF stuff? (Make America Great Again - America First)

Biden's focus on Ukraine is becoming too obsessive and high-priority, IMO.

We have long been providing air defense systems to Ukraine, so maybe joe is talking about sending more?

I rarely pay any attention to whatever the idiot says, cuz whatever he says rarely means anything at all.

Congress already overwhelmingly approved the funding the Whitehouse is using for Ukrainian donations, and that funding isn't quite used up yet.

Soon we're supposed to switch to a lend-lease arrangement, which I believe would allow sending Ukraine a lot more equipment, which was also approved by congress.

biden's propaganda 'focus' is on the one thing he's done that hasn't been disastrous, mainly because he has almost nothing to do with it - he was damn near forced to send support to Ukraine, he told Zelinsky to run & surrender on day 1.

Except it wasn't carpet bombed 🤦‍♂️

The interesting part is there is actually no such thing as "carpet bombing". It a slang term someone invented, but it is not some kind of US military doctrine. Baghdad was extremely precise attacks.

Someone explain this to me please....

Dozen of bridges have been destroyed by both sides as a routine method to slow each side down. Now we have another bridge that is suppling Russia with massive logistics in their war with both rail and road connection to the south of Ukraine. Ukraine takes out the bridge, but in that one instance it is seen as a terrorist attack, why?

Because putin said so for russian propaganda.

No other reason, it's a perfectly legitimate target.

There was only an internal fire, but the tin roof has some bent sections, so that was definitely a missile attack.

You are correct, but there is still the elephant in the room so many do not want to see.

And that elephant is that Russia invaded, I'll say it again, Russia invaded with all their force to take another country over completely, so it really doesn't matter what propaganda the west spins since we still have that elephant looking us in the face no matter what.

Possibly a (smallish) missile, but the damage showed zero indications that it was HIMARS, and there would be 'indications'.

More likely someone set off an explosive to cover for the fact that they had already killed all the prisoners, probably in an effort to cover for the fact that they had first severely tortured the prisoners.

My devil face was to show I was being sarcastic. The fire was internal only... So yes there was a fire, it burned most of everything inside leaving all four walls intact and most of the roof. So there was not an explosion, but someone started a fire inside.
