Although Ullman and Wade claim that the need to "[m]inimize civilian casualties, loss of life, and collateral damage" is a "political sensitivity [which needs] to be understood up front", their doctrine of rapid dominance requires the capability to disrupt "means of communication, transportation, food production, water supply, and other aspects of infrastructure",and, in practice, "the appropriate balance of Shock and Awe must cause ... the threat and fear of action that may shut down all or part of the adversary's society or render his ability to fight useless short of complete physical destruction."[9]
Using as an example a theoretical invasion of Iraq 20 years after Operation Desert Storm, the authors claimed, "Shutting the country down would entail both the physical destruction of appropriate infrastructure and the shutdown and control of the flow of all vital information and associated commerce so rapidly as to achieve a level of national shock akin to the effect that dropping nuclear weapons on Hiroshima and Nagasaki had on the Japanese."[10]
Reiterating the example in an interview with CBS News several months before Operation Iraqi Freedom, Ullman stated, "You're sitting in Baghdad and all of a sudden you're the general and 30 of your division headquarters have been wiped out. You also take the city down. By that I mean you get rid of their power, water. In 2, 3, 4, 5 days they are physically, emotionally and psychologically exhausted."[11]
While U.S. and allied leaders publicly disclaimed any intention to harm civilians or civilian objects[6], their military forces reportedly targeted, disabled, destroyed or damaged major civilian infrastructure over the whole territory of Iraq[7], including most power plants and transmissions facilities, multipurpose dams[8], refineries, food-processing plants, food-and-seed storage warehouses, flour mills, a dairy-products plant, sugar refineries, a syringe factory[9], telecommunications systems[10], irrigation facilities, municipal water-treatment and sewage plants[11], a veterinary-vaccine manufacturing facility[12], civilian vehicles, roads, railways, airports, bridges[13] and numerous industrial, commercial, educational, religious and cultural facilities[14].

The Russian invasion of Ukraine started on 24 February 2022, the 102th anniversary of the foundation of the NSDAP (The Nazi Party).
And now, Vladimir Putin has decided to attack ten Ukrainian cities on 10 October 2022, the 77th anniversary of the official dissolution of the NSDAP ordered by the Allies.
These attacks carried out on these specific dates can’t be just mere coincidences. These are rational indications revealing us that Putin and the current Russian leadership are members of the fascist/islamist/cultist conspiracy I’m denouncing in these threads.
It’s very sad, but a tiny minority (almost certainly less than 1% of the total population) has hijacked the Russian nation and now they will use their mighty arsenal to make the European peoples kill each other.
