As time passes it is good to revisit and add to threads, discussions when more information is available or as in this case a huge development.
So 4 months ago the FBI, based on apparently nothing more than anonymous sources, suggested President Trump committed espionage and mishandled Top Secret documents.
Then fast forward to today, that is exactly what President Biden seems to have done, while VP.
THis is exactly how the democrats and deep state work., SOP. My point was that the VP Biden top secret documents were found much earlier than has been reported. When found the FBI and a deep state judge set out to raid MAL with baseless charges of espionage and the mishandling of top secret documents against Trump so as to create a cancelation effect when the Bidens top secret documents were brought to light.
Botness? Beep beep.

Ladies! This thread is four months old and hasn't been replied to in nearly as long. The fact that so many of you latched on to it so suddenly makes me question your botness.

Because, unless Joe Biden presses the nuclear button, there's about to be a REGIME CHANGE at the White House.

PUT ON YOUR THINKING CAPS, ATS PEEPS...

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre referred to Kamala Harris as "The President", last week.

If this was an innocent mistake: www.foxnews.com...

Why did most of the big media outlets report on it?

Especially after the same "innocent" mistake has been made by Kamala's husband, and even Joe Biden himself, on more than one occasion over the past 2 years.

Definitely not a "mistake". Karine is reading word-for-word what she was told to say, and comprehending what she's saying.

The thing I never hear anyone talking about is all of these documents that need to be classified. The question is Why? Are we dealing with that many sensitive items that the citizens that fund, elect, and pay for resources can't know about because it will identify spies and undercover operatives or is it because they are classified to hide the fact that they are doing things they shouldn't be doing and if the people found out they would be pissed?

It has already been proven many times over that many documents are classified because it points out mistakes and or nefarious activities against the citizens and our allies. I would like to know what we can do as citizen to decrease the number of documents that are classified if any at all. It just seems like a very convenient way to hide your own crimes and dirty dealings.

Yes but these were the top secret documents that got the Biden's paid big bucks so these were legitimate top secret documents. China paid top dollar! China donated $54 million bucks to the Biden Penn Center and a huge diamond for Hunter among other monies/investments.

Define "think tank" especially an online one? Some could stretch that definition to include ATS.

You're funny.

I sometimes work with classified documents. If I accidentally include my grocery list when I compile the reports, drawings and schematics of a classified project, guess what? My grocery list is classified and I don't have the authority to remove it or declassify it. (it's happened, but, not to me)

Until a Court declares otherwise Trump as a former president had a right to possess those documents, Biden has no such right. Here's a better one. If a Court changes the President's authority to classify or declassify, it won't pertain to Trump retroactively
This is just another nothingburger thrown out there by the Democrats and their lackeys to portray Trump in a negative light.

Search warrants by the FBI are a joke. I seem to remember a FISA warrant that gave fictitious reasons for the warrant.

That's horse pucky all mixed up with bovine feces and you know it.

Neither Biden nor Trump had any right to possess those documents after their term ended. None. Zip. Nada.

Mistakes happen.

Biden moved to correct the error immediately it was discovered.
Trump didn't. Trump purposely, and with forethought HID documents, even in his personal desk drawer with his passport, and refused to cooperate with the lawful maintainer of such Government documents. In fact he still maintains that those documents are HIS, HIS, HIS!

There is no equivalence here.

This has nothing to do with anything, it isn't even a coherent strawman.

'Courts' don't change the President's authority to classify or declassify. Congress and Executive Orders do that. Except that Trump cannot 'change' his authority in such a way that 'just thinking about it' accomplishes the declassification.

And yet there isn't even a hint of a 'fictitious reason' here. Your attempted strawman fails to distract the argument.

NEW REVELATION June 13, 2023

Since November 2020, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has been in cahoots with criminal elements of the Department of Justice. NARA helped them run the illegal "GET TRUMP!" scheme that's now in play once again.

For instance, NARA is not revealing that the "Nuclear Secrets" former President Trump was refusing to hand over to the Records Archive, and are listed as part of his DOJ Indictment, are actually PERSONAL LETTERS written/given to him by former President OBAMA and North Korea President KIM JONG-UN.

Look how these deceits are implemented...

The letter is fascinating because it outlines how the process of moving documents from the White House was weaponized by a politically motivated National Archives and Records Administration (“NARA”), and the letter also gives fulsome context to the types of “classified materials” that have been insanely over emphasized by media.
------

[…] “Tim Parlatore and Jim Trusty, two of the undersigned counsel for President Trump, reviewed all 15 boxes at NARA earlier this year and based on that review, it is clear to us what happened.

The boxes contain all manner of documents from the White House, are loosely grouped by date, and include newspapers, magazines, notes, letters, and daily schedules.

Following its review of the materials, NARA inserted placeholder pages where it had removed documents with classification markings.

That allowed Messrs. Parlatore and Trusty to discern what the documents were, as well as what other materials in the boxes were in the proximity of the marked documents when the White House staff packed them.

The vast majority of the placeholder inserts refer to briefings for phone calls with foreign leaders that were located near the schedule for those calls.” (page 3, pdf link)
-----

Additionally, get this part… despite the standard process that has been in place for the prior four administrations, the NARA refused to participate in the collection of any documents from the White House during the transition phase following the November 2020 election.

Learning about how sinister sections of our government operate, makes one thing perfectly clear...THESE EXECUTIVES HAVE TOO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS!

Remember when it was revealed that FBI co-conspirators Peter Strzok and Liza Page sent more than 20,000 text message to each other over a 2 year period? These were the heads of two government departments, and they had the time to send 20,000 chit-chat text messages?!

IMO, 80% of our federal government mangers could be fired and Americans would not even notice!
