Big "if". I think if Russia deployed and used a nuke, the regime in Russia would last a week and the outcome would be a forced disarmament of Russia. Certainly, Putin would be killed fairly quickly.

And why would the government in Russia last a week after using a nuke? Whose going to bring them down?
