No. Because the government doesn't classify a person's personal documents. They classify government documents.

If a document was at any point classified that means it was a government document and that Trump has no possessory interest in it.

I spent 6 years around classified equipment, and classified information.
I was given a security clearance.
The handwritten notes I generated while working were classified.
So yes, as I bought the notebook and pens, and it was my thoughts, I have had personal documents classified.

As President of the United States you are afforded rights that no one else has. No one. For the love of god please some of you look this up.

Now, if you want to compare situations...


45 is accused of possessing documents that were classified in a box packed by someone other than him. No one has seen them. The current government wants to hang him.

HRC was found to not only have possession of classified documents on her servers and multiple unsecured mobile devices but also copied on at least two other laptops including Huma Abedin, an assistant and a private citizen. Nothing was done.

If you would also take the time to learn anything about 45 he does not use email. Everything is printed for him. So, if there were documents that he needed they would have been printed out and given to him. If he declassifies it there is no issue and he has that right.

Instead of constantly arguing these facts we should all be concerned with the current state of the country with a President calling 75 million Americans enemies of the state. When 45 said there were bad immigrants they tried to impeach him.

The majority of Congress gives 2 #s about any of us...and they are the ones in charge not the POTUS.
