STS-48 from memory, you should be able to find the footage from that mission.

I’m on my phone with terrible signal so YouTube is a waste of time atm.

Awesome thank you, i'll go on a search!

Found it. It took a while.

www.youtube.com...

around the :15 mark. I notice a flash on the screen a second before it takes off, followed by whatever is shot at it.

Do you know if they have any planned missions or updates on the “Cannae Drive” microwave propulsion system? I seen NASA are testing but that was almost 5 years ago.

I haven’t heard anything planned, but a lot of the missions don’t say what they’re going to do until not long before they launch.

i thought NASA said there was like practically zero to no effect

And I didn't say they were launching it. I said I hadn't heard anything, because they don't announce experiments until they're about to launch. The plan was to launch a test thruster by this year, but there hasn't been any announcement since 2017. It probably is crap, but a test in space will prove it is.

Please address the video of the woman with the green screen and the Russian cosmonaut with a screw dropping from gravity.

Was the woman on the green screen ever purported to be an ISS crew member? What's the context of this clip?

As for the screw, that is more difficult to explain, but it is in fact possible that the act of removing the screw flicked it in that direction (either from his finger or some built-up potential energy in the way it was attached).

I'm not saying that's definitely the answer to the screw, but it's not like it is impossible or even highly improbable for that to happen on the ISS.

i am not convinced the larger version didnt get made.

of the spacecraft that is.

it seems unlikely the USAF and others are relying on one test bed that may be in orbit for years at a time, number one rule in government spending why have only 1 thing when you can have 3 for 5 times the cost lol.

I saw millions of tax dollars go up in smoke in burn pits.

I also know there are other things up there that to the casual observer may seem odd especially with the lack of depth perception.

you know how they dropped a MinuteManll out the back of a cargo jet on a trio of shoots and it was successful so its hard for me to believe the us couldnt get something about the size of these space drones up there and maybe not get notices until to late and the fact they can change their orbit makes it even harder to verify what exactly is what.

No-one to this day has ever come up with anythong like a plausible reason why NASA/Russia/China and almost every other nation on earth would want to fake thses videos.
What's the point?

You haven't done your homework in that field. There's plenty of content out there regarding why these programs need to keep people interested and up to speed with various programs being spelled out in elementary format. !!!Funding!!!!

Only recently have there been space programs being funded by no taxation. One wrong word or phrase in a press conference no matter how real or fake it is... can completely shut down the funding to the program, even when it is on the verge of changing how we view life, as we know it.

That's why the images we see of "outer space" are vibrant with colors and amazing CGI based on the technological standards of the particular times it is rendered and released to the public.

Just do more reading. Plenty of Carl Sagan books explain this in greater detail.

(you are aware planetary bodies, stars, and the other various objects NASA or SETI get data on are not actually perfectly round digital unreal engine manufactured spheres, yeah? And if the public sees the actual data on said objects... there'd be no hubble or james webb, right? Science doesn't eat until the lunatics are fed first)

Space programs learned the hard way in the early 90's that presentation is more valuable than the actual content itself. So any time astronauts, physicists, or representatives of said programs are in the public eye... they have to treat it like a movie set. They cannot use their lingo, they have to take in consideration that the people watching are mostly uneducated and have very short attention spans. And strongly religious with no background in physics.

Nothing is actually flat or round when circling a black hole. We simply lack the ability to properly perceive space/time within our state of matter.

They have two X-37s, and they’re doing much more than they’re telling us while they’re up there. Based on some things that probably shouldn’t have been said, we know they have an optical and SAR capability that’s being used over China and Russia, as well as the experiments they carry. There’s some evidence they have done some small scale manufacturing while up there too. Small components that were brought back with the vehicle.

None of that proves it's fake. It just shows you don't understand.

of course we used SAR and optical images of Russia and what not.

the new NRO sats with their new imaging tech are something else.

i cant think of the name but it had to do with a new generation of imager. Crystal something i think.

i still think hey are making lenses and meta materials up there but that's just my tin foil speaking.

do you think the made the larger version that WAS planned but seeming got canned? i don't know why they wouldnt want more space for experiments and 'cargo'

It was rigorously tested and failed.

www.popularmechanics.com...

It didn't make sense from a theoretical point of view either---it wasn't working in some regime where we aren't sure what is happening.

I'm not saying all NASA footage is faked.
I'm merely showing how some footage "can" be faked.

..or getting batted by his thrashing hand? Was there more of that video? Or was the excerpt cut off when it showed the tumbling screw bouncing back into camera view?
