How long has NASA been faking the ISS feeds?

Here's a couple of short videos of how they fake ISS footage. Question I have, is how long have they been doing this? What are they really doing on that station?
Why would they fake all of this?
So many questions to be answered about what is really going on.
What do you think?

In this next one, it is a Russian cosmonaut who is unscrewing a screw which then falls to the ground. If they were in zero G, it should have floated, not fall on the ground

So you believe some rando on Twitter spouting conspiracy theories that all the footage from the ISS is being faked. Nope. This guy has no credentials or any professional experience. I think I'll just keep believing NASA over some rando on Twitter.

So, we are now doing threads on haw to make special affects in movies. Neat.

I think the second one is in a training simulator on Earth. I believe that is the toilet area and I would think anyone that is going to the ISS would need to know how to operate that equipment

Yes, good point there!

There has been fake footage from space for many decades. Not all of it is fake, but some of it definitely is.

In those two videos, it is actually probably fake, but were they actually ISS created videos, anyone could have created them. If you saw them on the news, a person working at the news agency can create those kinds of things. That technology they are using is real, they use it sometimes in movie creation, I watched a documentary or something on how they do that one day.

I agree they could be training vids, but it just goes to show that we can't believe everything we see. It's hard to tell these days with all the tech out there, what's real and what isn't. It's frustrating.

Perhaps there are things up there they don't want us knowing about.
Look at all the military missions that have gone up that we never hear anything about.
What about that one ship (can't remember what it was called. Maybe the X22) that took off on a 2 or 3 year mission that was top secret. It did return a few years ago, but then went back out for another mission.

The news did a brief report about it, but didn't elaborate what the missions were about. They just said it would be gone for a few years. So my question to that is, how far advanced are we technologically that a manned shipped could be gone into space for that long? And what do you think it might be about?
Anyone remember that?

Not an astronaut. You;d need to demonstrate that anyone claimed it was filmed on the ISS. It clearly isn't.

He's Dutch, and a screw will float providing nothing propels it, which his hand does. That incident is part of a very long ISS tour which would be impossible to fake.

In regards to the green screen..

Maybe you’ve wondered why many of the experts in our videos have a green background. Its purpose is to allow your students to add a “special effect” by inserting an image or video.

The source is linked from a Dutch news source because the astronaut shown in the clip is a Dutch astronaut named Andre Kuipers so right off the bat the claim of a Russian doing anything in this clip is wrong.

That's the crux of it.

There is enough liars, deceivers, fakers, and slight-of-hand magicians about, to match-up with today's tech possibilities : that we are no longer to determine anything from a video online, or show in the News™.

We should stop pointing to pure video evidence, as heavy evidence, let-alone proof.

But a video with a speaker, and supporting text evidence, links, and sourcing, can still hold some ground.
