Time is a measure of Movement.

The movement of the Earth's daily rotation. Earth's yearly orbit around the sun. A NASCAR car going around the track. Your movement through a grocery store. Etc...

We didn't invent Time. We just invented the definition of Time units.

What started my initial curiosity, was that I began to have premonitions in my dreams. These premonitions seem to be around a year in advance before they came true.

How could I have known when the future has not happened yet?
This has led me to believe that time is not linear like we are told, but happening all at once, now.

Obviously we have to think of time in the traditional sense because we need some form of structure to our lives.

But I think it is inter-dimensional and that we are all born with a great gift of looking and thinking inter-dimensionally.

TPTB clearly do not want us to utilize this gift and go to great pains to fill our minds with never ending garbage or harrassment in one form or another.

At the risk of sounding a bit hippy/dippy which I am not, just take time in the day to look inwards, take time out for yourself and try to figure things out.

This can lead to some amazing responses and answers.

How could I have known when the future has not happened yet?

Renowned psychiatrist Carl Jung believed that nothing important happens in our life that we don't dream about first. I don't remember ever dreaming about life changing events, but have always had an unexplained 'knowing' come out of nowhere about what is to occur in the near future.

I had a strange 'knowing' that my first husband would be handicapped when I was thirteen. My friend was a type I diabetic, and that same sense of 'knowing' told me I would be married to a diabetic.
I met my husband when I was fourteen, and indeed he was handicapped. He wasn't diabetic, so I thought this-whatever 'it' is-wasn't very trustworthy. Six years into our marriage he became a brittle type I diabetic.
I've had these experiences all my life; they're real and accurate. I have no idea where the 'information' comes from, but a dream time heads up is as plausible as any other explanation.

Time is how we measure space.

What? How many hours are in a light year?

Space time is just a model constructed by mathematicians to make it easier to explain certain concepts. It does not really exist.

8760 light hours in a light year.
If you move from point A to point B you must also move through time.

It's just the interval over which change occurs. I suspect it's related to the expansion of the universe, as in the effect causing it to expand generates what we experience as time.

Thank you for posting this. Every couple of years in my life, I'd get one or two second 'flashes' of a visual daydream of sorts that came true later. Nothing ever important or useful (like the Lottery numbers). But I wrote one down once with the date and time and what I could remember of the visual. And it happened about 6 months later. It's never had any use, so it really just becomes annoying. After its coolness wears off.

My dreams were deadly accurate unfortunately. I began to dream about how my family members and friends were going to die. The first was my step father who worked for a logistics company. I dreamt in great detail that he died in the back of his truck whilst lifting a parcel. I rushed round to their home that evening to see if he was alright, he was. But this exact scenario happend around 12 months later as he died of a heart attack whilst lifting a parcel in the back of his truck.

Then it started to happen to each time some one was going to die.

My mother began to look at me in a different light so I stopped telling anyone.

I asked for the gift to stop as I was not enjoying holding the information. After around five years it finally stopped.

But again, I was seeing information that had not happened yet. Maybe all life has already happened and we are replaying it...I don't know..I am trying to work it out.

Thanks Bella.

Your description of your premonitions are fascinating. I've heard and read of other similar experiences from people, and often pondered on it.

Does someone's ability to foretell events mean they have a special ability to see beyond the barrier of present time into the future?
Or does it mean that everything is happening instantaneously, but as linear beings, most of us can only experience it in one direction - aside from a small number of humans who have an ability to perceive more of what's going on?
Or is there a higher power passing them these visions/premonitions for a reason, maybe to change events?

It's hard to know.

Time is often compared to a river which flows in only one direction, but perhaps it's more like a huge sea that we sail through. It is always all around us - past/present/future - but our narrow viewpoint/perspective means we only ever really see the one small patch of it that we are passing through. And perhaps some people like you have keener eyesight and can see that bit farther ahead than the rest of us.

I've had similar experiences with dreams and other things.

Last year before I went on a family vacation with my sister and another family (close family friends of my sister), I had dreamt that a dog died on the trip, among other things, before the vacation time. I told my family about my dream beforehand and low and behold (sadly) a dog died upon arrival to the vacation house. I didn't even know the owners (they were from the close family friend side) and I had never met the dog prior, but my dream was spookily accurate.

Really sad and spooky.

Sometimes I think it's our ability to just analyze the data which we have unconsciously collected in life (our experiences, everything involved, all the unseen variables) and unconsciously output predictions of which we actually happen to be good at.

Unconscious intuitive processing of stuff, when really your brain is just doing things you're not conscious of.
But it can be quite spooky too.

It does sometimes feel like life has already happened and we're replaying it too. Like one force put all of this into motion and now it's just a matter of sitting back and letting it all play out, like watching dominos.

It's sad to hear that you wished that ability away... but I understand how lonely it is feeling like a freak. I hope you don't shun your own abilities forever, and maybe learn to give your intuition the benefit of the doubt as it may actually help aid and prepare you for the future.

Ever read the book "Survivor" by Chuck Palahniuk? If not, I highly recommend giving it a read. Something about your posts reminded me of it.
