First Judge recused himself due to a conflict of interest, Reinhart replaced that judge on the case.

Clinton team filed a motion to dismiss the case, Trump team denied the motion.

Reinhart recuses himself from the case after the motion to dismiss was denied.

few weeks later Reinhart (clearly a clinton crony) issues these FBI warrants.

The DOJ must either Unseal the Trump's Home Search Warrant, or explain WHY it can NOT be Unsealed.

The Department of Justice must respond to a motion from Judicial Watch seeking to unseal the warrant the FBI obtained to raid former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, a magistrate ruled on Wednesday.

Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who also approved the warrant, issued the order, saying “

1. Epstein was not convicted and jailed. They offed him before he could go to trial.

2. Trump's link to Epstein is that when he found out he had assaulted a young girl at his club Trump had him banned from all his properties. Trump was also the only person to help the FBI in their original investigation into Epstein.

Trumps link to Epstein is that he close friends with Epstein and Maxwell for well over 20 years.

This is correct, I withdraw the assertion.

However, the head of the FBI was appointed by Trump.

The judge is also an Obama campaign donor who has made public anti-Trump social media posts.

That is not relevant, but if it were, there is no legitimate source for the truth of the claim. Every judge (or judge magistrate) has political beliefs. If all were banned on that purpose no one would be able to serve.

Signing off on a warrant is not a political process, it is a procedural process more than anything else. The threshold is only "probable cause".

This is that serious a matter (searching a former President's domicile), that you can be 100% sure that the FBI had 100% solid "probably cause".

The Magistrate didn't have much deciding to do and it didn't matter who that magistrate was, they would have signed off on it.

NO actually, my post was not dismantled. My response is in another post before this one.

I did incorrectly identify the Judge Magistrate as a Trump appointed Judge. That is wrong, he is a appointed by the district court that was, at the time headed up by a Bush appointed Judge.

Because that isn't true.

Reinhart was the lawyer for former Epstein employees who were testifying AGAINST Epstein in his State case - which was 10 years before the Federal case.
