Russia's generals have been on a tight leash for a long time. I wouldn't expect any rebellion from them, it would have to come from the intelligence and security guys more likely.

There have been numerous document leaks over the months.

I have seen the translations of the documents talked about in that video.
The key takeaway points in them were these.

- medical workers are at the limit of their ability to handle with current manpower: the seriously wounded are transported to Europe;
- small arms and bulletproof vests are in short supply;
- about 191 thousand casualties both killed and wounded;
- there are not enough hydraulics or liquid nitrogen for M777 howitzers;
- no one cares about the missing - there are no statistics being tracked;
- the equipment transferred from the West is running out;
- Western weapons are operated by amateurs since there are no qualified specialists;
- there is no way to repair weapons on the spot due to the lack of spare parts and specialists, everything is sent to Poland;
– the moral and psychological state of the Ukrainian military is practically at zero: even campaigns on social networks and with concerts do not help;
- 48 to 50% of their forces have been destroyed.

Those documents were dated from March

You do understand... dont you... that ruZZian military doctrine is to basically fire artillery like it was confetti willy nilly at the enemy in a wide area, usually at a position thats surrounded by civilian infrastructure and housing, their play books unchanged from WW2 for crying out loud.

The Ukrainians on the other hand are landing near pin point strikes against actual important targets (honestly their artillery men are amazing)... yeah the ruZZians are firing more, but they are hitting far less in a manner of speaking.

Why waste a ton of ammo (I notice none of the pro putlerits here have mentioned the fact ruZZia has been looking and asking around its allies for ammo, north korea recently being the one we've heard about the most)... when a single HIMAR landing within a meter of its targeted ammo dump or artillery piece or right in the middle of a bridge does the job perfectly and does a # ton more towards winning an offensive.

As for having more troops... why hasnt ruZZia gone full conscription yet? why is the war still dragging on if ruZZia has superior numbers for months?.. is it because putler knows if he did so the ruZZian middle class in moscow where the recruits would begin to be taken from would throw a hissy fit and kick his arse out of the kremlin? Nah lets just grab the homeless, prisoners and provincial rural regions populace and throw them instead armed with gear you'd find in a museum.

And i love the comment near the top of the thread that mentions that because its NOT from the MSM it must be true... honestly, if you live your life along lines like that your gonna live an ignorant, fearful, and seriously misinformed perspective... why? because there are a ton of Alex Jones in 'alternative' media that know they can get the old moola by catering to the biases of those deep into CTs because CTers have a serious (and easily manipulated) problem with biases and illogical and irrational trust issues.

On a side note, appears reliable preliminary reports are saying UA soldiers have reached Izum... so much for the ruZZian frontline. Cut em all off Ukraine, encircle em and send them home in doggy bags (unless they surrender of coarse)...

No food no energy, deindustrializing Germany, while The US dollar heading to oblivion while most of humanity is using the Rouble and Yuan backed by gold Russia hasn't even got serious yet. If those documents are authentic then those are staggering casualty figures. The US lost roughly 375,000 killed or wounded in Vietnam for comparison. This is a matter of months in this case, not years

There will be gains and loses on both sides.
I noticed there were alleged claims of Ukrainian gains, but again they arent going to last.
