With close to half of the population having depleted their savings, it makes sense women are joining the workforce. The number of people who have given up on registering with their unemployment office aren't included in these glowing figures, which would tell a much different picture, IMO.

Then people get gas, go buy food and other staples, see businesses closed for the day with no workers etc etc. Hell go out and try to have a nice dinner and see what that costs you... geez. A favorite breakfast burrito place had to raise their costs from about 5 bucks to 8.50 and that is now 17 dollars for 2 when it was once 10. Now times that by everything you buy and say it doesn't hurt.

My pharmacy was closed for 2 days because the lack of workers. Many are running very tight with small crews and if someone gets sick then you shut down for the day.

So old Joe can say what he wants, but I don't think anyone is there to listen.

96 000 in a nation of 300 Million.

Inflation exists only for some goods.

Inflation isn't the only issue as i mentioned and refereed. Its rising costs of living which had being rising for the past two years slowly.

That is something you cant deny.

but there are multiple reasons: loose money policies, supply chain issues, high energy costs, etc.

The issue for the supply chain could be easily resolved if this pathetic admin just gets rid of the vaccine mandates that they imposed on the workers.

The company I work for has been actively hiring for three years

Your company must be fortunate enough that your company had being hiring compare that to many other companies that there are jobs but arent hiring.


Or they have issues with hiring.
