Close to 90% of Russia's gas goes to Europe but they only get 45% of their gas from Russia. In the long run, as they move away from Russian gas, it will have a greater economic impact on Russia.

Russia has Europe by the balls with gas, and you know Europe/Germany are paying in Russian currency as demanded.
Here is the conspiracy/problem.. All the weapons, all the aid... It only weakens the supposed helpers/donating countries.
If ten countries give half of their military and a lot of goods that had been saved for hard times, then the reserves or support or what you want to call it, will dwindle and a country without supplies or weapons at half mast is not good. Arming Ukraine could break a little nato country, and then the smack down that might be in the works could be tough times.. If china and Russia or some other ally decide to go ape shnit on the world, maybe buy some noodles. A cold and hungry winter in Europe is only a few months away. It sucks but only time will tell. Peace out

The problem is there is no where else to get the gas from.

it will have a greater economic impact on Europe not Russia...
They will forever be uncoupled from Russian gas and that hurts Russia

Germany has a huge surplus and a massive cash reserve, they aren’t running out any time soon. Also Europe has the backing of the U.S. so no worries. Russia is extremely poor by comparison.

Truth be told long term, Russia doesn't need the EU to take it's gas when one looks at the countries you listed above and their gigantic populations and industrial growth.

I have no idea Augustus yet from memory the Chinese are building something to take rooks of Russian gas.
