Impressive list!

But, do you have any data, showing similar types of losses, going back at least a few (5 - 10) more years so that a proper, and more realistic, perspective could be viewed?

I know the population of cattle in America is in the millions.

I also know it isn't worth sending them to market if no one can afford to buy them.

There's always someone who can afford them, I'm having steak tomorrow and I'm certainly not the only one based on how many people were at the butcher shop this afternoon.

Yes indeed always someone who isn't affected at all by the soaring prices of everything.

I wonder if Pelosi Schumer Biden and Obama will also be enjoying steak tomorrow?

Maybe they're coming to your place Augustus?

Interesting how they were all neatly lined up....I wonder how long it took to organize them in such a manor?

I think the mystery is solved. Didn't the Obamas recently buy a 2500 gallon propane tank and now all the sudden and conveniently 10K cows are gone?

I would check the very non white elitesest common folk town of martha's vineyard for a very big fat bbq or maybe he got a matching freezer to go with that propane tank for the end of times.

Yeah I could see this being a killer.

Looking at current Topeka weather, for 1AM.

Current heat index: 95°

Looking at the forecast, this isn't exactly a dry heatwave. Staying about 70% on dew point.

Heat Index is off the charts.

A more accurate weather reading puts the height of the heat wave at 105° with a dew point at 76 degrees and humidity at 44%.

That's hell. "Extremely humid"

That's a heat index "real feel" of 121°. That kills people. That's advising people to stay indoors.

I dont even think the desert bred cows "El Criollo" could survive that. And their used to 110 degrees.

Well that's what the article I've seen has said, Most times in the evenings it cools down and the cattle have a few hours they aren't heat stressed. This time it didn't happen, as Ive seen mentioned elsewhere so many variables, it could be a few degrees warmer and the next county over.

Sounds about right.

Do EXACTLY what they've done with the oil supply to make fuel prices skyrocket to push people in to EV's.

Only mining minerals used to make those batteries is just as destructive if not more to the environment.

The same is happening now.

Destroy the meat supply to push prices higher to push people to eat literal #.

I hear you, we are just discussing this, Im not 100%

All im saying is considering the last time I could find it Kansas goes through about 5.5 million head of cattle, they are gonna have to kill a chiton more to affect the food supply.

As for the list of disasters at food production companies, from the ones in 2021, only 2 didn't resume full production at those locations and even one of those has resumed partial production. Haven't looked into all of the lists from 2022 but most of those i have also didn't stop completing production most lost a few days.

I mean the ranchers would have to be in on it, or you would risk getting shot.

According to a 2014 EPA study, America throws away more than 38 million tons of food every year. That's the weight of 104 Empire State Buildings, with a bit to spare. Or, to put it another way, that single year's worth of food waste would be enough to balance a scale with of all the Blue Whales left in the world, multiplied by 10, stacked up on the other side.

We got a long way before Klaus and George could starve us all.

But I bet they are enjoying the panic and concern of everybody's food insecurity.

"Heat stress." It's a wonder how they survived for millenia with all of the heat waves that have occurred. What was the exact temperature and humidity and how often have they survived those conditions in the past?

35% humidity?

The cattle died because asthma made them not able to breathe in the heat, according to a poster in another mass cattle death thread.

Maybe the cows were injected with some kind of steroids to make them grow faster, which also gave them an asthma-like condition.

All kinds of crazy things are being done with farm animals, and crops, to get more $$$, faster and faster.
