The country is so bad off, the news media are all covering this story today as a needed distraction.

I haven't followed any of the trial. It just seemed too much like reality TV, which has never held any interest for me.

No matter who looses, I'm sure the tell-all book will be profitable in the end.

Amber found responsible for all types of things:

Damages awarded: $10 million
Punitive: $5 million

JD made his case to the jury. AH did not.

Looks like a total of $15 million awarded to JD. They found AH was a liar and fabricated a hoax against JD.

AH won $2 million against JD.

Fifteen Million dollar damages.

NOPE, I've streamed every minute of the trial.
They called everyone back in as it looked like a verdict but in fact there was a problem with the Jury Instruction Form and they sent them back in.
No verdict yet!

Although the issue they had seems to point to Johnny winning. As it was a problem with pensive damages.

My sources tell me this was one of the best selling movies either actor has starred in yet.
My wife watched the entire thing and would tell me about it. She showed me some of the clips of AH's lawyers.
There is NO WAY they are that dumb. It's like 'a really bad sitcom" dumb.

The entire thing is fake and no one can change my mind.

What I find hilarious is that Depp, born in Kentucky, developed such a great English accent that he uses every day in real life.

I learned Spanish after finishing school, I'm a mid-western (3rd generation Denverite.) and am the only person in my family that speaks Spanish, and have lived in Mexico a number of years now. I have a twin, and when you put us together people notice I have a little Spanish twist to my mid-western accent, that is noticeable, that I didn't even notice until someone brought it up.

Was justice really served?

I disagree. There's a simpler explanation. Her lawyers are just dumb.

We have this impression that people who can make it through law school or medical school must be really smart, but that's just not the case.

What's sad was this case was even necessary.

Maybe companies shouldn't be so quick to axe people over unsubstantiated allegations.

At least wait and see if charges are ever filed.

I can see that happening with a completely different language.
But not with the same language just using an accent.
Depp is in a never ending method acting loop.
