Bless your daughter for putting principle over money. I believe her rewards will be far greater in the end.
You might want to mention to her that retired military veterans around the country have tried offering their services to keep schools safe while in session; I don't think the government would have the authority to tell a private school they can't do that.
As long as government funds and unions don't get involved, the madness going on may just have a harder time permeating all of society in the future.
