Michael Salla is hardly a trustworthy source himself. I tried to trace the origins of this Ike and the Aliens story and its origins are not good ones.
Michael Salla appears to have sourced his information from MJ-12 mythology, people like Bill Cooper, Bill Moore , John Lear, Phil Schneider and even Bob Lazar. Salla himself seems a fairly credulous individual for the conclusions he arrived at. Unless he was pumping out purposeful disinformation?
I'd have to conclude that it's well beyond reasonable doubt that this story is just a fantasy. The argument that it's possible doesn't mean it's anywhere near 'probable'. The evidence would not stand up in a court of law.
What I've found with most UFO stories down the years is that very little stands up to close scrutiny. There are some genuine mysteries for sure. But people seem to prefer superficiality and fantasy stories instead of the truth. Perhaps there's a reaason for that?

Ike and the alien Ambassadors
Indeed, Ike was alive. And he continued living until 1969. But in the decades since his death, his activities on the night of Feb. 20, 1954, have become fodder for strange theories about alien beings.
Some facts are beyond dispute: Eisenhower was on a golf vacation in Palm Springs on Feb. 20, 1954. After dinner that night, he made an unscheduled departure from the Smoking Tree Ranch, where he was staying. The next morning, he attended a church service in Los Angeles. Also that morning, his spokesman announced to the press that Ike had visited a dentist the previous night because he'd chipped a tooth while eating a chicken wing at dinner.
Salla, who has a PhD in government from the University of Queensland in his native Australia, doesn't believe it. He figures the dentist trip is just a cover story. He believes Ike went to Edwards Air Force Base, where he met with two ETs with white hair, pale blue eyes and colorless lips.

I believe this is the first time, at least for me, that I’ve read your personal view about extraterrestrials and UFO craft in a nut shell. Quite refreshing.
As I understand it…..
Much like the earth was thought to be flat…….thought to be the center of the solar system….only to be proven wrong over time with empirical evidence.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, someone said. This extraordinary claim about Ike as of now lacks that extraordinary proof.
snip
“Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence” was a phrase made popular by Carl Sagan who reworded Laplace's principle, which says that “the weight of evidence for an extraordinary claim must be proportioned to its strangeness” (Gillispie et al., 1999). This statement is at the heart of the scientific method, and a model for critical thinking, rational thought and skepticism everywhere.
...Much like the earth was thought to be flat…….thought to be the center of the solar system….only to be proven wrong over time with empirical evidence.
...you remain a staunch skeptic until you have empirical evidence that extraterrestrials and ufo craft exist.
...so the fact that the USG is now publicly stating that UFO’s/UAP’s exists, you are holding out for hard proof despite the tic-tac etc..videos.

It’s like…..aren’t there any closer civilizations they could look for help…..we can’t even cure the common cold let alone save some alien species galaxies away.
That whole Aliens are dying into extinction and need earth’s help has been, is, and will continue to be a Farce…..imo.
One alien to another…“so perhaps those hillbillies way down yonder, a bazillion light years away may help” …the other alien says “you go fool, I’ll wait here” 😆😆🥴

I think he's finally watched those Isaac Arthur videos that are
some of the most rational stuff out there on this subject.

If a modern president even gets 'laughing gas' at the dentist,
I believe that they are required to turn power over to their
VP.
Perahps Ike didn't want to do that, and had that necessary
dental work.
Mystery solved?
