I see so you are deferring to the show rather than providing any information as to why you are, or aren't, convinced. The programme is not available to me, even if I wanted to watch it. However, I am more than familiar with this piece of UFO lore.

That same evening, a false press release reported "Pres. Eisenhower died tonight of a heart attack in Palm Springs" for a few minutes before it was retracted. A year later Eisenhower suffered a heart attack for real and stock markets plummeted. So one could postulate that perhaps his physicians were worried that Ike had suffered from some form of heart problem. They wanted him checked out. With the dentist story provided as a cover to prevent panic across the nation. That would be a stretch. But still a more likely scenario than any meeting with aliens who could surely just abduct people if they wanted with impunity. Or just steal library books if they wanted to brush up fast on human biology!!

All we have here is a question about the President's whereabouts for a number of hours. I don't really see how we junp from that to a meeting with aliens.

I have read any number of ufo's books and in the ones that pertain to the 1950's, I have read several times where it seems likely Eisenhower did meet with aliens for what ever reason....its a possibility to some of us. In the program an interview is done with the great great grand daughter of Eisenhower and she too suggest the same theme.......so are you saying she is lying?

Isn't the basis of the Eisenhower Holloman ET meeting story the documentary film that Robert Emenegger and Alan Sandler were asked to make for the air force where they were promised the footage to use but it never materialised ?

Then further muddied by reference within the MJ12 documents.

There is plenty of info out there about it and supposition that footage did exist but was deliberately faked (by Disney at the air forces request) to be used in training material as a kind of what if exercise.

Entertaining story but that's all.

For me the Holloman footage that IS available, looks damn convincing to me…..it’s one of my fav’s. Someone online on another forum matched up and overlaid the footage topography to Holloman airfield topography using Google Earth …and damn if it wasn’t a match. I was kind of blown away.

It’s been some time….I can’t remember where I saw it online.

This is a WOW for me……overlaying the Holloman craft over Google Earth……keep in mind the cameras footage from back then was converted to VHS by whomever……and then eventually digitized for the WWW. VHS from back in the day was damn hard to hoax…. imo

Depending what Holloman footage you view……some endings of the vids end with saying that the below craft is purported to be the Holloman craft…..but this is false….the pictures are darkened, but the craft is actually the Moller XM-2 flying saucer concept….that part of the Holloman event is most assuredly a hoax….but put in the vids anyway.

His daughter has always been a flaky new ager type. She has other odd tales to tell

It’s like…..aren’t there any closer civilizations they could look for help…..we can’t even cure the common cold let alone save some alien species galaxies away.

That whole Aliens are dying into extinction and need earth’s help has been, is, and will continue to be a Farce…..imo.

Yes. Although it may be linked to an undiagnosed psychological disorder. In 2006 she claimed that someone tried to recruit her to a secret Mars Colony.

Here's a video of her speaking about "Consciousness Beyond Chemtrails" which already sounds screwball crazy from the title.



In the first couple of minutes, she seems to speak sentences that have no meaning.

Ike was long gone before Laura was born and being a descendant of a former President doesn't mean she has any special insight into anything at all. Had he lived Ike would be grinding his teeth. If he hadn't had to have so much dental treatment.

I'm still not seeing anything even remotely convincing that Eisenhower met with aliens, and you're not really offering anything in the way of evidence at all. Have you ever questioned whether you are being far too credulous?

why do I get the feeling I am wasting my time here. All I am suggesting is that this incident has come up many times, and I am open to the possibility that it may have happened. Just lately it seems the government says that there are things up in the sky they cannot explain. Thats a good start.

This is the notion I've heard the most about the supposed meeting. The X factor from what I have gathered is they need our DNA because it is unique in the universe. I have heard the term thrown around a few places that humans are genetic royalty and offer a lot to the more technologically advanced societies.

I think you also have to open your mind to the possibility that if this story is true then we are not being told the truth about ourselves and we have the ability harness much more power than what we are aware of. Is that because we just haven't learned to use it yet or is it because it has been intentionally kept from us?

In effect, you are telling mirageman that his opinion is inferior to yours. So (most - NO, you have no stats) others find something interesting but others such as mirageman and me do not. Perhaps we're saturated by the same ol' bs that has been repeated ad nauseam. Unless you have new, never seen before, information, the past has to be left alone and not constantly re-imagined. How many principals and family members have spouted a particular and favorite story that holds no water when closely examined? Just look at the events following that story, has anything changed? You would think so. Cause and effect. No book you read was 100% accurate, the author had to color contents based on his/hers mindset. Mirageman can't say Eisenhower's gggdaughter is lying. But you certainly can post the question.

To anyone who saw this, I don’t have discovery + so I can’t see it unless it comes on regular discovery. But in this supposedly where the aliens offered Ike some tech if they gave up nukes?

Or what is the story behind what the supposed aliens wanted?

There has always been what I call the exotic branch of ufology, where lore like this Ike meeting aliens have come out... I don’t look down on it personally,( every person is entitled to their opinions) even though I am one of the skeptical types in some ufo/alien reported experiences, yet am a believer that some of these experiences and sightings, even possibly some of the exotic lore may have some reality behind it. I am open to that possibility. But have learned that a lot of the exotic ufology often is tainted, so it may be wise to examine the weirder claims closely before forming a judgment of its veracity.

But this case is or has been supported by folks like Michael Salla, an exotic genre ufo guy. He’s got all the extreme ideas from this incident about Ike and the “NORDIC Aliens” he describes in some of his books, all the way to the Antarctica stories about aliens and Ufos, and that JFK was killed to silence him over his insistence to expose UFOs to the public. He calls it exopolitics.

My problem with this show is in season 1 episode 2 they CLEARLY took rabbit tracks and made them into something they werent.

Those WERE rabbit tracks, they cut the other track pattern off on the right side and off the top side in some instances....but yeah THATS A RABBIT, you can even tell by the elongated tracks, because they give you no reference about how big they actual are, the only reference is how far they are apart, which is like 4 feet, which is normal for rabits moving on their hinnd feet to cover....

Michael Salla is hardly a trustworthy source himself. I tried to trace the origins of this Ike and the Aliens story and its origins are not good ones.

Michael Salla appears to have sourced his information from MJ-12 mythology, people like Bill Cooper, Bill Moore , John Lear, Phil Schneider and even Bob Lazar. Salla himself seems a fairly credulous individual for the conclusions he arrived at. Unless he was pumping out purposeful disinformation?

I'd have to conclude that it's well beyond reasonable doubt that this story is just a fantasy. The argument that it's possible doesn't mean it's anywhere near 'probable'. The evidence would not stand up in a court of law.

What I've found with most UFO stories down the years is that very little stands up to close scrutiny. There are some genuine mysteries for sure. But people seem to prefer superficiality and fantasy stories instead of the truth. Perhaps there's a reaason for that?

No. I suspect we aren't far from discovering some form of microbial life in our own solar system.

But the development of an intelligent space faring species (which we barely qualify as) would seem to be the product of some very rare occurrences. Our planet is protected by its large moon and a number of gas giants which shield us from dangerous meteor strikes and other space debris. The orbit of the Earth (and our moon) also contributes to tidal and seasonal changes and the diversity of life on the planet. The dinosaurs were here far longer than humans have been and yet never evolved into a technological species.

Travelling is one thing. Travelling light years across the galaxy within a species lifetime is another. Add in the complexities of the physics of space/time. The vast amounts of energy required and the protection from space debris required as you travel faster present other problems. The most likely scenario would be machine based intelligence capable of using resources to reproduce and adapt and spread through the galaxy.

Whether that explains some UFO sightings is another question entirely. It's possible. I guess
